On January 30, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the National Defense Forces (NDF) advanced on ISIS positions in northeastern Hama and captured the hills of Rasm Dahil and Tawilah in the area after a series of clashes with the terrorists.
According to pro-government sources, the tactical goal of the ongoing advance is to capture the village of Jubb Zrayq and to increase pressure on ISIS terrorists in the entire northeastern Hama pocket. The militant-held pocket is a significant problem for the government forces involved in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Idlib. ISIS units deployed in northeastern Hama can attack supply lines of units of the Tiger Forces and the Syrian Arab Army that operate against Hayat Tahrir al-Sham in the area of Abu al-Duhur.

About time
It would be, if I had a map of the bigger picture after the smaller map. Unfortunately I am still not so familiar that I can take the above blob map and understand it……my fault I know.
Go to the larger and find Juub Zaryq it’s in the east side of the pocket near the Knasser Highway. They have been putting pressure in different areas in the Pocket these forces are very experienced in this and not Tiger forces for 2-3 weeks. Could be parts of QSF and 9th storming, etc. who knows.Close the pocket slowly so these rats can’t escape go to quick they bolt.
