The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies have resumed their efforts to reach the city of Deir Ezzor besieged by ISIS in central Syria. Government forces are now advancing east of the Sukhna-Resafa road in an attempt to encircle the ISIS-held vilalge of Al Khuwayliyah that is the terrorist group’s defense point in the area.
Earlier this week, the SAA and its allied forces besieged ISIS units in two pockets north of the Homs-Palmyra highway. This allows government forces to develop momentum in the area east of Sukhna town.

Hope the SAA garrison at Deir Ezzor are ready to absorb the inevitable desperation the Daesh dogs will be throwing at them. Russia should stage a whole armada of helicopters there as Daesh becomes the cornered rat.
it is big sin, that T2 still was not taken
There needs to be an air assault/insertion on the east bank of the Euphrates to halt the southern March of the Kurds to those oil fields
Like Jeremy Clarkson would say: Powerrrrrrrr
