On February 6, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies recaptured two towns in southwest Aleppo from al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and its allies.
Army units stormed the two towns, Khalasah and Qal’ajiyah, in the morning and managed to secure them within a few hours.

HTS and Turkish-backed militants captured the two towns last week following a fierce battle with the SAA. Back then, the terrorist groups promoted the recapture of the towns as a major victory.
The SAA’s elite 4th Division and Republican Guard as well as Lebanese Hezbollah are leading the ongoing offensive in southwest Aleppo.
The battle in southwest Aleppo is expected to intensify in the upcoming few days. SAA units reached the region from the western direction after liberating the city of Saraqib in southeast Idlib earlier today.

If the current pace of SAA and allies advance continues the headchopper terrorists arseholes are done for. Russia is now conducting very well executed ground attack sorties that have deprived the headchopper cowards of any mobility and that is why the Zionist bitch Erdogan is shitting up a storm. It is getting too late for the Turkeys or their Zionist masters to make much difference now.
Russia need provide Syria S-400, SU-30, MIG-29 and more anti tank weapons. After Erdogan failed convince Putin to stop SAA. Erdogan will involve Turkey army to help ISIS and stop SAA. SDF also should get involved to put pressure on Turkey, by open another front.
Syria has the S-300, it can already knock out anything Turkey dares to send over the border out of the sky. Russia does not have the bottomless defense budget like which the US has (35 USD trillion unaccounted for?) so Russia cannot handout expensive weapons systems for free. And opening up another front is a war losing strategy straight out of the book from the heir to the throne of the kingdom of idiots.
