The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the National Defense Forces (NDF) restored security in the areas of Rashwani, Bir al-Hajjah, Wadi al-Salhub and Nayriyah in the Homs-Deir Ezzor desert following a series of clashes between government troops and members of ISIS cells operating in the area.

According to the Syrian state-run media, the SAA and the NDF killed at least two ISIS members and arrested seven others in an ambush on an ISIS unit in the area 30km west of Palmyra. Government forces seized weapons of the terrorists and six motorcycles.

Separately, the SAA and the NDF arrested seven ISIS members in the area of al-Froua 70km southeast of Palmyra. In this operation, government troops seized 10 motorcycles, 146 pieces of hashish and 14 bags of Captagon containing 10 thousand pills.

Well done SAA!

Take a moment of silence. The Russians have turned another cheek once again,. Take a moment of silence for the 14 who died fighting an honest war.

You can call me Al

I will take a moments silence for the lost ones, but I shall not accept that the Russians have not now will not do anything. Sit back and watch.

The fact that Israel and France recklessly attacked a Syrian civilian power plant and a technical research establishment so close to the Russian bases in Syria, is in fact a sign of Israel and friends impotence within Syria.

The landmark Idlib deal with Turkey popped the US inflated balloon and like spoilt children the world over, the Israeli Teddy was thrown out of the cot with the help of her little French friend.

The repercussion’s for all of this Israeli hysteria depends entirely on the adults now BUT when even the adults in the FUKUS nations behave like imbecilic children with learning difficulties and Nuclear weapons , the future for us all is dire.

President Putins Russia is behaving like a wise and erudite adult but the Israeli and FUKUS ‘children’ of the world cannot be allowed to continue as they do. The Russian People realise this as they have seen how violent and murderous such Khazar Jewish ‘children’ can be and indeed have been within Russia in the last 100 years alone. Tens of millions of Russians died at the hands of Jewish Soviet secret police last century.

mhtsaropinigitakis

so i guess thats all left to do in syria for the SAA….idlib operation was canceled and the russians backed up on everything…

Promitheas Apollonious

looks like it. Each PARTNER is getting their share, as agreed, selling out Syria and deciding with out her how they fuck her up.

FlorianGeyer

This is just the start of the second phase of the Syrian war in my opinion The next phase could well take 1 year as Idlib is transformed into a civilian free ‘Jihadi paradise’ with the offer to the FUKUS nations to take all the Jihadis back or see them die in Idlib.

Bill Wilson

Nah. Clearing out ISIS for good from the southern desert is something Damascus needs to do first before starting any operations in Idlib. I wouldn’t be surprised if the SAA and Russians had coordinated this operation with the SDF / US assault against the last ISIS strongholds along the river. It probably will take several months but at least in drier conditions. The rainy season is coming up in Idlib where the cloud cover will hinder Russian airstrikes.

Attrition47

The Russians are playing the long game; the truce deal favours the Syrians and it won’t be long before the US sabotages it, which will deny them legitimacy. There’s a lot more to liberate east of the Euphrates.

Syrians won the war but will lose in peace time

You can call me Al

Syrian lost today. Syrian has not won the war, but many, many battles. They will win the war, so watch what happens in the next month or so.

Promitheas Apollonious

What you think it will happen Al?

You can call me Al

I honestly dont know, hence the “so watch over the next month or so”; however the first thing has already happened in that the vermin have rejected the demilitarised zone.

As for the Israelis time will tell again, but Putin has threatened retaliation.

The DaZ desert in being cleansed, maybe due to the freed up soldiers (Hold) -> then the SAA can move into the East of the Euphrates.

OK, my final answer is I dont know, nor what to think really at the moment.

Promitheas Apollonious

same here, so you not the only one confused, by this russian salad.

Ronald

I don’t think they lost today but rather won. Moving the non – Al Qaeda jihadists back 10 to 12 miles is a big win by itself. Those that do not move back will be Al Qaeda minus their Turkimen backing. So Russian and Turkish troops will be working together militarily on Al Qaeda alone, Allowing them to punch holes in Qaeda’s lines through which civilians can escape. Basically it should open the M5 hi-way. The fact that Israel attacked after it was announced shows they are not happy with Putin’s win.

You can call me Al

The vermin have rejected the deal – maybe the Turks will take them out ?

Ronald

Al Qaeda has rejected the deal, but the FSA has accepted it, the Turkish and Russians working together will take out Al Qaeda. 10,000 Qaeda spread along the Idlib border will not be difficult. That is why Israel attacked a couple of hours after it was announced they know the jihadists are all but done.

You can call me Al

That is not true – https://southfront.org/hayat-tahrir-al-sham-other-groups-reject-turkish-russian-agreement-to-establish-demilitarized-zone-in-idlib/

as i said they will eventually win the war…they are almost there….only a few parts of the desert remain….all the map is clear, but 2 major ‘colors’ dominate as well. Kurds in areas that are rich in oil and gas but they have Arab population .That means resources taken from Syria that are significant for the reconstruction process. the second thorn in the heart f Syria is idlib. A sanctuary for all the butchers, rapists, thieves etc. no modern state can survive like that…..imagine the future….everyday bombings all over Syria from fightrs coming from idlib. innocent life’s lost. happens all the time in Iraq ,Afghanistan. without them having a terrorist state inside their borders.

Promitheas Apollonious

none win the war yet. And if the russians continue this policy they following in Syria then the syrians will lose the war, or if not the part of the country turks have and americans.

χρηστος

and the Kurds as well.they have a big part of Syria that has mainly Arab population. They are occupying it.so we have to armies occupying land. The kurds that also have huge resources of oil and gas in their hands and then Turkey and all the terrorists that it supports in idlib

Len Zegelink

the isis ,are junkie,s .haha .thats haram .

Icarus Tanović

They’ve killed 2 of them? Gotta b3 bullshitting me all over. I remember when those wahhabi monsters captured 200 SAA soldiers, take them naked across the desert and kill every single.

That Guy

The hashish and captagon thing is very likely to be a massive BS.

Hashish, drugs, and even cigarettes are haram, that’s according to IS media.

Promitheas Apollonious

is that so? so all the drugged out of their head islamist according to their religion are sinners right?

I think a massive beheading among them is in order then.

That Guy

Yup, they are sinners if true.

Bill Wilson

ISIS sold those to earn income.

putinbeater

one year late
