Syrian Army Destroys ISIS Fuel Convoy

A fuel convoy of the Islamic State (IS) terrorist group in Aleppo province came under fire of the Syrian Army. As result, the most part of the tankers were blown up.

As local sources reported, a special operation against the IS was launched by Syrian troops along a highway from Aleppo to Raqqa in eastern Aleppo. Reportedly, the IS fuel convoy was moving from Deir Hafer towards the city of al-Bab, but its way was blocked by the Syrian Army. As a result of the attack, at least 20 trucks of terrorists were destroyed.

On Monday, concentration centers and gatherings of IS terrorists were stormed by Syrian soldiers in al-Bayader region and in the eastern side of al-Rashideh village, located in eastern Sweida. As result, several fuel tankers were destroyed and a number of terrorists was killed.

On the last Friday, Syrian troops launched an attack on a long convoy of IS vehicles, which were carrying fresh forces and ammunition in the region of Tal Dhafla in the southern province of Sweida. The most part of the vehicles was destroyed, as well as several terrorists were killed and wounded in the offensive.
