The Syrian army and its allies have regain the control of Latakia-Idlib border in western Syria.
Recently, the pro-government forces have libarated over 25 villages from Jabhat Fatah al-Sham (formerly Jabhat Al Nusra) and its allies in the province of Latakia and started to prepare an advance on the strategic town of Kabbani.
The recent developments show that the Syrian army and its allies are going to surround Kabbani from, at least, two flanks before launching a final storm of the town.
We recall the Syrian army command has vowed to liberate the entire province of Latakia from terrorists.
