Thr leader of Al Nusra was interviewed by a German journalist and he was saying that the USA was providing weapons but they needed more sophisticated weapons to counter the SAA. The USA are now talking about sending in specialist weapons to shoot down aircraft, to the rebels.
The Takfiri already have manpad and TOW* (which can knock down helicopters along with armor) Anything new*…would have to run the gauntlet from Turkey ..Jordan…or NE from US/Kurd/Raqqa province.
It’s over for Empire regarding Aleppo… Concern is they do something over the top in anger/rage….make a partition Attempt via Der Ezzor. ISIS is not strong there…just presence. US would have to put boots on the ground and March the Flag with ISIS flag. Samantha Powers might actually stroke out from the excitement .

The Turkish forces are engaged with IS in the surrounding villages of al-Rai also refusing to participate in Raqqah liberation with YPG, this stance coupled with financial constrictions designed by the US to threaten Turkey is isolating the GCC as the only client of Western patronage within the International Conflict known as the Syrian Civil War, apart from the Kurds of course.
