The Syrian Arab Army (SAA), the Palestinian Liberation Army (PLA) and other pro-government forces are about to launch a large-scale military operation against ISIS south of the Syrian capital of Damascus, the Iranian al-Alam TV reported on April 12.
Currently more than 80% of the Yarmouk refugee camp and the al-Qadam district south of Damascus are under the control of ISIS. Local sources suggest that there are more than 2,500 ISIS fighters in these two areas.
Syrian pro-government sources reported that the SAA and the PLA had deployed more units and battle tanks around al-Qadam and the Yarmouk camp on April 12. This proves that the start of the operation is near.
Al-Alam said that the SAA will be coordinating with “moderate” militants in the towns of Yalda, Babbila and Beit Sahm, east of the Yarmouk camp, to stop any attempt by ISIS to infiltrate these areas once the attack begins. Syrian opposition sources revealed on April 8 that Russia had pressured the militants there to take part in the upcoming operation against ISIS.
Local observers believe that the attack against ISIS south of Damascus will not be launched until US threats against Syria are cleared. No doubts that ISIS may make an attempt to take advantage of any US attack to advance in the Syrian capital.

Killing them all means urban warfare with heavy losses, even if they win. It’s much more strategic to bus them off to another area, which can then be invested and bombed into subjugation. When you have limited military manpower that is stretched across the country, you must carefully limit attrition rates . .

The no fly zone west of river went from 0% to 70% of Syria with Russian intervention. And the Syrian government advanced underneath it. So obviously NATO backed down.
Jordan and the UAE have both informed the NATO Jew 3 that will be no attacks on Syria from their territory on Syria according to Fars news. Germany just opted out also.
There is no public support in the US or UK for another Jew war in the middle east for Israel. None of this is looking good for a confrontation with NATO, no matter how much the neocons want it.

SAA must not wait until USA decides to attack it to make this operation. This operation must start right away. If USA attacks Syria, I am afraid that SAA will not be able to do this operation any more because the large damage that USA will cause to Syria.
