On February 2, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) continued its advance towards Saraqib city in southeast Idlib, capturing two new towns.
Army units stormed Kafr Battikh and Dadikh in the early hours of February 2 under the cover of intense Syrian and Russian airstrikes. The two towns were secured following heavy clashes with al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and its allies.
These towns are located to the west of Saraqib, the main target of the SAA’s ongoing military operation in southeast Idlib.
A day earlier, the army liberated the town of Luf, one of the biggest urban center in Saraqib’s southern countryside. HTS and its allies were fiercely fighting to keep the town under their control.
The SAA’s next target is likely the town of Tell Mardikh. Once the town is captured, the army will be less than 4 km away from Saraqib.
The Turkeys are mimicking their Zionist masters tactics like the SLA outposts in South Lebanon. They need to be hit as the region is ideal asymmetrical war territory. The Turkey OPs are penny pockets and should be subjected to IEDS and ATGM fire and some cooked Turkeys will do the job.
GOES SAA!!
