Syrian Army Kills Several Dozens of ISIS Terrorists in Deir ez-Zor

Syrian troops clashed with terrorists of the Islamic State (IS) group on the northern side of the al-Thardah mountain. As a result, all members of the terrorist group, who took part in the fighting, were killed.

Attacks of IS terrorists, launched from the direction of the al-Borouk hill on positions of government troops, deployed in the southwestern part of Deir ez-Zor city, were also repelled by the Syrian Army. A number of terrorists were killed.

At least 26 IS terrorists were killed by Syrian soldiers near the Deir ez-Zor airport, media reported on Thursday, citing unnamed local sources. The Syrian Army also managed to drive terrorists out from a number of neighboring areas, destroying their military hardware.

The attack was carried out a day after two key positions of IS terrorists near the al-Tharda mountain, located near Deir ez-Zor city, was targeted by artillery units of the Syrian Armed Forces and the Syrian Air Force. As a result, a number of terrorists were killed.

At the same time, artillery units of the Syrian Army also opened heavy fire on positions of IS terrorists in the eastern side of the Deir ez-Zor airport. As a result of the artillery attack, several terrorists lost their lives, while their weapons and ammunition were destroyed.

“At least 26 IS terrorists were killed by Syrian soldiers near the Deir ez-Zor airport” A nice lunch, but they need to make a huge feast and kill hundreds per day, and don’t let so many get away.
