Since the start of Operation Basalt in the southern province of Daraa on June 18, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies have liberated 1,150 km2 from militants.
Government forces have retaken control of large areas east, south and west of the city of Daraa delivering a blow to radical armed groups, like Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, and forcing more or less moderate militant factions to accept a series of reconciliation deals.
One of the key gains of the operation is full liberation of Daraa city, the southern part of which used to be controlled by militants until this week.

SAA is not in al Harra yet but locals had weapons in the town itself and Nusra/HTS attacked them for the weapons while awaiting SAA and Russian Military police, both crewed the pooch on this one happened recently within the hour.
How Israel peacefully coexisted alongside Isis and Al Qaeda without either of the latter two attacking Israel is beyond coincidental, I think the whole world now knows that Israel and the US where using said terrorist organisations to overthrow sovereign countries, thankfully Russia came to the defence of Assad, The Hague should definitely look into Israeli for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
The long standing 1980’s Israeli strategic Oded Yinon Plan – essentially rebranded by 1990’s US Neo-Cons as the Project for New American Century and then in 2000’s as the Greater Middle East Initiative under Bush – calls for the fragmentation of Iraq and Syria into at least five state-lets along divided sectarian lines. These would be fratricidal competing state-lets permanently fighting over limited resources – water, agricultural and oil. Thus they would never be in any position to oppose Israel or its expansion. To trigger these national break-downs the US-Israel needed a sectarian faction capable of acting as a sufficiently violent and destructive stimulus in both Syria and Iraq, to radicalize the Sunni towns, and to attack the Alawite, Christian and Druze towns, so that these minorities would disregard their secular national identities and become agreeable to sectarian partitions from enforced fear. And, presto, just such an extreme and destructive faction called ISIS appeared exactly when it was required. Notably, neither the US or Israel had any qualms about the possibly of this core Plan triggering a larger regional sectarian war or large scale localized bloodletting. But ultimately, the basic Oded Yinon Plan appears to have significantly under estimated Syrian national resilience – and most crucially not anticipated contemporary allied military support from Iran and Russia.
That’s where “Bringing muscle to Bear on Syria” aka the creation of ISIS in Iraq using locals 2007 all this comes in as the plan was proposed in 2006 around the same time as the Hezbollah-Israeli war and Syria played a major role in stabilizing Lebanon during it’s civil war and countering Israel/US. Then it was followed by Operation “Arab Spring” to allow the transmigration and spread of Al Qaeda and ISIS from GCC and Africa then to help tart all these factions within Syria and Iraq, Barzani and local Kurds effected the smuggling of arms and people under orders from the US and Israel. This movement needed a supply line so they had Purple Shovel a subsidiary of (US)Frontier Service Group provide weapons and logistics in 2012 by the name of Operation Timber Sycamore, which was meant to arm a fake uprising supported by foreign big fiat money players in Syria and Iraq destroying the Shia crescent thus Iran in the end.
Syria and their allies want Palestine back as it was before 1922. Syria and their allies don’t want ISIS and Israel. Syria made no request for Russia to deliver S-300 missile systems — defense minister

I sincerely hope so. We all do want that to happen so that war can stop soon. Syria needs peace. If US goes away NATO will go also. For Syria I’m not sure that they really want to stay but… I don’t have impression that US wants to leave Iraq..
I wonder if the troops will be allowed a couple of weeks R+R after this campaigns over, or will they just be shipped straight to Idlib and Aleppo. What am I saying, they’ve hardly done a thing here, they don’t need any R+R, they can all go straight back into battle, they don’t need any rest. ONLY JOKING. You guys are True Heroes, not like the crap ones we see in the LGBTQI movies, I really hope you get a chance to rest up and see your families, before you have go back and do it all over again.
