Few moments ago, the Syrian army and Liwa al-Quds (a Paletsinian pro-government militia), supported by the Syrian Air Force, liberated the neighborhood of al-Shair in the Syrian city of Aleppo, according to pro-goverment media activists and local sources.
A group of al-Nura front members was also reported captured by government forces in the area by a Syrian jouranlist on the ground (source). Nonetheless, no photo or video evidence has been provided.
Pro-militant media outlets say that clashes are ongoing in al-Shair.
Some firefights were reportes in the areas of Qadi Askar and Tarbet Lala. However, they are mostly under the control of pro-government forces.
The northern pocket should fall today or tomorrow.I hope SAA reach the citadel today.
This is fabulous news….
It is now only days before the entire pocket is now eliminated…And with that the US bought and paid for murderous mercenaries and operatives will have to either surrender or be destroyed….
The mercenaries that are forced to surrender will be exposed as US operatives and I hope that the Syrians and the Russians parade them for the world to see the truth that these “rebels” and “terrorists” have always been US operatives and CIA/Mossad agents…. That will be the greatest victory for the Syrians!
