Following yesterday’s gains, government forces, led by the Syrian army’s Tiger Forces, liberated the village of Shaalah and the Shaalah Radar Station near the ISIS stronghold of al-Bab in the province of Aleppo.
Meanwhile, the Turkish Armed Forces and pro-Turkish militant groups took control of the village of Seflaniye east of al-Bab and besieged the ISIS-held town of Qabasin.
If Turkish forces keep control of Seflaniye and retake Qabasin from ISIS, they will be able to flank al-Bab from the eastern direction. This should to set a foothold for a final storm of the town.
The military situation for ISIS units deployed in al-Bab become very complicated.
When the Turks take Qabasin they wont final storm for Al Bab.The goal of the Turks is to encircle the city completely but they wont be able to do it.
Next week will be very interesting I think. The SAA could be very near Al Bab by then.
Turkey does need to be stopped , SAA will take Al Bab .
