The Syrian army and Hezbollah have liberated from militants the strategic area of al-Hikma in southwestern Aleppo.
The al-Hikma School was captured by Jabhat Fatah al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian al-Qaeda branch) in August 2016 and used to be an important outpost of the terrorists. Last night, Jabhat Fatah al-Sham and its allies withdrew from it to the area of al-Rashidin.
Yesterday, the government forces took full control over the 1070 Apartment Project and the Mo’tah Hill in southwestern Aleppo.
