On April 22, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the National Defense Forces (NDF) continued their large-scale combing operation in the eastern Homs countryside.
Government forces advanced from several directions clearing the following areas:
- The vast desert area laying between al-Sayyad gas factory, Wadi al-Dubiyat, Wadi al-Nqab, the sulfuric well and the Syriatel hill to the east of the town of al-Sukhnah.
- The region laying between the towns of al-Rashuaniyah, al-Nyariah and the administrative border of Deir Ezzor.
In the course of the operation, several hideouts of ISIS were uncovered then destroyed by rocket launchers and artillery.
The SAA and the NDF launched a large-scale combing operation in eastern Homs last week. The operation is meant as a response to recent attacks by ISIS cells hiding in the Homs desert, between eastern Homs and western Deir Ezzor.
Thus far, the operation has helped contain ISIS cells within the Homs desert. Nevertheless, more efforts will be needed to neutralize the terrorist group’s presence in Syria’s central region.
Its like grass in the garden. You have to do it again and again or eliminate the very good reasons for ISIS and any opposition against Assads.
I hope they got some and maybee some of those spendable Assads was killed too. There will only be peace in Syria, if there are no Syrians there.

The Iranian backed NDF militias aren’t doing a very good job of hunting down Isis fighters are they, in fact they’re doing an incredibly shit job of it, so I wonder why they’re so useless. Just a week ago Isis fighters stormed Al Sukhnah and nearly took over the town, and the SAAF had a devil of a job stopping them, but the Hezbollah command centre the Israelis hit with their missiles [or US airstrike] 2 days ago, is only located 5 km southeast of Al Sukhnah. So how did Isis manage to attack a town located just 5 km away from a Hezbollah command centre, would any of the many Iranian and Hezbollah supporters care to explain how that happened, I’d love to know the reason, only kidding, I already know the answer, but I’d still love to hear some of the one eyed Iranian supporters give an explanation. I wonder how much longer the US will wait for Russia to do something about Iran, not much longer I’ll bet, the Kurds are already warning of a Turkish buildup in Al Hasakah and the US have been beefing up for several months now, so time’s running out for the Russians, and for Assad. Isis has to go, if they don’t the Turks and US will have the excuse and the necessity to do it instead, and southern Deir ez Zor will end up in US/Turkish hands instead of Iranian hands. I’m really starting to hate Iran lately, I wonder if the Russians are starting to feel the same way too.

It’s become obvious for the last 2 years that the Iranians, Hezbollah, and the Iranian backed NDF CAN’T or WON’T stop Isis, so if they can’t or won’t, someone else has to. Why don’t you go over and help the Iranians kick Isis’s butts, you can see the Iranians are losing the fight so why don’t you go over and offer them your assistance, since they won’t let Russia or the SAA help them due to their obstinance, but maybe they’ll let you go to Deir ez Zor and help them finally get rid of Isis.

NDF convoys are getting ambushed and destroyed daily by ISIS. If NDF kills 1 ISIS they claim they “combed” the area of ISIS.
I can’t believe it Mustapha, for once you’re telling everyone the truth, but you should also mention they’re also hitting the SDF daily, and the US are just about fed up with it, so Iran’s going to have some help cleaning up Isis soon, whether they like it or not.
