On February 6, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) neutralized a sabotage unit of Turkish proxies in the southern countryside of Idlib.
A source in the army told SouthFront that the unit approached two positions in the northern outskirts of the town of al-Fatatoua. The unit’s members took advantage of heavy fog early in the morning to infiltrate the army’s defenses.
According to the source, the militants managed to breach both positions. However, they were quickly detected by SAA troops, which opened fire forcing the infiltrators to withdraw.
Opposition activists said that the infiltration attempt was carried out by the Army of Victory, a member of the National Front for Liberation. The formation is Turkey’s main proxy in Greater Idlib.

The activists claimed that 15 Syrian service members were killed or injured in the raid. However, SouthFront’s source confirmed that there were no human losses.
The SAA and its allies carried out a series of attacks on Greater Idlib this week. On February 2 and 3 Russian airstrikes hit militants’ headquarters and camps in the region. On February 5, at least 16 militants were killed or injured in a Syrian missile strike.
The failed raid of Al-Fatatirah indicates that Greater Idlib militants are planning to escalate their attacks in violation of the March 5 2020 ceasefire. This will likely provoke a harsher response by the SAA and its allies.
Until the Muslim Brotherhood regime that rules over turkeys ceases its support for terrorism it will not only be Syria that will suffer but the whole world, but the real problem is that the West supports the Muslim Brotherhood as an instrument of pressure, and its infiltration continues throughout the West thanks to corruption with the proceeds of oil, a closed circuit that will get a lot of countries in serious trouble.
The current controllers of the West are achieving their goal of millions of refugees entering Europe and the US. This is because of the chaos that wars have always created with subsequent migrations of human ‘cattle’.
Its a win win for the puppet masters.
