Late on Friday, pro-government fighters, backed up by Russian and Syrian warplanes, retook the village of Um Sahareej from ISIS terrorists in the eastern Hama countryside. Um Sahareej had been one of the important ISIS defense sites in the southwestern part of the ISIS-held pocket in eastern Hama.
Pro-government sources expect that with this achievement, the army and its allies will be able to increase the speed of their advance in the area.
Earlier on Friday, government forces liberated the villages of Abu Liyah, Abu Qa’tur, Jub Habl, Rasm Tawil, Rasm Sab’ah, Habr Sharqiyah and Mushayrifah Janubiyah in the same area.
If it weren’t for civilians in the area Isis could just be left to starve. Making sure of course that no US aircraft provides supplies. Shoot it down and apologise for the mistake. Very sorry: mistaken identity.
