AlMasdarNews reports: Minutes ago, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) – backed by Liwaa Al-Quds (Palestinian paramilitary) – launched a new offensive in northern Aleppo, targeting the Handarat Refugee Camp that is currently under the control of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) and Jabhat Al-Nusra (Syrian Al-Qaeda group).
The Syrian Armed Forces and Palestinian committees stormed the eastern neighborhoods of Handarat Camp this morning, where they encountered a large presence of jihadist rebel fighters near the Industrial sector.
So far, the Syrian Armed Forces and Palestinian committees have entered the Handarat Camp; however, they have not captured anything significant, despite the sheer size of their infantry units in northern Aleppo.
