The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the National Defense Forces (NDF) have regained the strategic al-Sanof hill from the ISIS terrorist group northwest of Deir Ezzor. Seizing additional hill in this area will allow the SAA and the NDF to strengthen significantly their positions prior to further attacks of ISIS units on Deir Ezzor.
