The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) repelled in the afternoon of November 28 an attack by Turkish-backed militants on one of its newly-established positions in the northern al-Hasakah countryside.
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), a “fierce attack” targeted the village of Tell al-Labn west of the key town of Tell Tamr.

Earlier, the SAA established military positions in Tell al-Laban and the nearby villages of al-Kuzaliah and Umm al-Kahir. Dozens of Syrian troops as well as heavy weapons were deployed in the three villages.
The Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) launched a series of attacks on Tell Tamr this month. The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) managed to repel all the attacks, maintaining the town and its countryside.
Recent reports claimed that Russia and Turkey have reached an agreement to secure Tell Tamr by deploying SAA units there. The new attack indicates that the alleged agreement has not been implemented, yet.

The SNA keeps attacking the SAA and SDF but the Turks aren’t providing meaningful air or artillery cover/support, I wonder why. Did Putin tie Erdogan’s hands behind his back?
No because this event or “news” is false and has not happened, just SANA B.S to make Syria’s beleaguered civilians feel better.
“One man’s trash is another man’s treasure”, and SANA is pure gold for me, compared to Russian, Turkish, and US news sources it’s the only reliable source of info out there, that’s if you really want to know what the Syrians actually think about certain things, as opposed to what the Russians, Turks, and US tell us they think.
Russia has turned this war into ridiculous situation by supporting Turkey and Israel actions in Syria.
