On December 25, units of the Syrian Arab Army attacked several militant positions in the village of Latmin and near the village of Zeizoun in northern Hama, according to the country’s news agency SANA.
The positions were reportedly belonging to the Turkistan Islamic Party (TIP). The SANA claimed that several militants were killed or injured as well as their equipment were destroyed.
Despite the imposed ceasefire regime in the so-called Idlib demilitarized zone, sporadic clashes and echange of artillery strikes appear in the area on a constant basis.
On the same day, the Russian military released a fresh report on the situation in the country. The report says that the ceasefire violations were observed in western Aleppo, northern Latakia and northern Hama.
“Over the past day, terrorists mortared Bsharfa (two times), Beyt-Zivan (two times), Nahshabba (two times), Sandran, Darh-abu-Asad and Jubb-al-Zarour in Latakia province, Abu-Dali (three times), Tell Bizam, Magayr, Zalaqiyat and Tall-Maraq in Hama province, and western (two times) and northwestern (two times) outskirts of Aleppo. It also provides a look at the humanitarian efforst of the Russian military:

I have a feeling that Manbij will get traded for Idlib.
Could well be, friend.
