On Thursday, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the National Defense Forces (NDF) captured Jib Abiyad village in northeastern Hama countryside from Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), according to the Hezbollah media wing in Syria.

Moreover, Syrian pro-government sources reported that the SAA also captured Rasm Suan, al-Rahraha and Rasm al-Ahmr villages from ISIS in the northeastern Hama countryside also.

From its side, the HTS-linked news agency Iba’a claimed that HTS fighters repelled an attack of the SAA on their positions in Khafiyeh village in the northeastern Hama countryside. Iba’a also claimed that HTS fighters destroyed two tanks of the SAA with ATGMs around Jib Abiyad.

Meanwhile, opposition sources revealed that former Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters are participating in the SAA attack against HTS in the northwestern Hama countryside.

According to reports, at least two former commanders of the FSA First Brigade group were spotted fighting alongside the SAA and the NDF.

The first commander is called “Abu Bahr” and was one of the First Brigade’s field commanders in Qaboun district east of Damascus city.

HTS is about to go Qaboun :^)

Langaniso Mhlobo

Very good FSA come back and join your brothers and reclaim lost territory from USA Kurdish terrorist.

Alex

I guess FSA finally understood that without oil they are nothing more than trash to the west.

TiredOfBsToo

Maybe the FSA is starting to realize what they’ll lose if they don’t support their country against the globalist empire.

χρηστος

exactly…although they are turkish-controlled they can realise that if they keep fighting they will not survive…they are enclosed in pockets everywhere and even HTS fights them….fsa is doomed…..HTS is also in very difficult posistion but has more fanatics and funds as well.they are a huge threat.

asad maked deal wit terrorists. pfuy!

Deo Cass

FSA are not ranked as terrorists but as ‘moderate opposition’ even though they ARE terrorists. These however have taken opportunity for the amnesty granted by their president, were pardoned, and have sworn allegiance to the Syrian state. They are no longer FSA. They’re Syrian government troops.

Solomon Krupacek

also you wrote suchthings

otherwise fsa = jihadists. hearteaters. chidren murders. i know, what can i see on their videos.

χρηστος

im sure that the SAA doesnt give amnesty to everyone…..every fsa soldier is examined carefully. info from civilians from occupied areas is essential for that. anyway if you want peace after the war you have to re-conciliate…happens to all civil wars…

Gregory Louis

Just like Ex-Nazi’s in WW2

Solomon Krupacek

my comment was ironic mirror for hatesrs, who attack sdf for deals with some isi guys. this is the same. americans also did not allow to remove all isis memebers from raqqa. and assad made deals with jihadists several times. also in aleppo city. therefore was so quick the victory. some jihadists kayed the weapons, gave neiborhoods to saa and could disappear. what i really hate, are double standards.

χρηστος

ok i agree with double standards but the other side has a very serious argument about that… they claim that US always cooperated with ISIS. so it isnt really an amnesty deal or anything like that…..its just switching uniforms…on the other hand FSA always fought against saa

Solomon Krupacek

us does not cooperate with isis. this is megastipudity. yanks use wisely each situation for their interests. russians were always weak in this way. russians play chess, americans win.

χρηστος

you said it yourself….they use the situation for their interests….here comes the CIA with all might…..weapons to everyone (since there is a huge demand) and the oportunity to overthrow assad….

Valery Grigoryev

in these Syrian circumstances the common rule ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend’ doesn’t work…

χρηστος

all these ‘moderate opossition’ forces are ot the same….some of them are just plain fools that were manipulated by US-cia etc. some of them are ruthless mercs that just want to kill every living thing they find n front of them. so double standards apply. you cant say everyone is the same.

Deo Cass

I never had any worry about Syrians who had been deceived and fomented by the US/Zionist colonialist imperialist invasion terror forces to fight a seditious war against their own government. My worries are the foreign US and co invasion forces and their ISIS terrorists turned SDF together with the PKK terrorists, none of whom are indigenous Syrians. Having said that, the Syrian security forces need to be eyes wide open for under cover double agents amongst the FSA ranks who might be contracted to assassinate President Assad and his family. Nethanyahu who controls Donald Dumb (Trump) has already imparted the order and this was repeated by US secretary of state Thilerson.
