Syrian government forces have reportedly taken control of a strategic hill in the southeastern part of Aleppo city.
The Syrian army and the National Defense Fores (NDF) advanced north of the Seikh Lutfi Neighborhood and seize the Hill 420 (Tell Police). At the same time fighting is ongoing in Sheikh Sa’eed and Shekh Lutfi.
If reports about liberation of the Hill 420 are confirmed, government forces troops will get another advantage in fighting in southeastern Aleppo. In case of further sucessfull advances, this will likely lead to liberation of Shekh Lutfi.
