The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) uncovered loads of weapons and military equipment during recent search operations in the countryside of Homs, Damascus and Daraa, the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported on March 22.
A video released by the state-run agency shows some of the seized equipment, including military radio systems, satellite communication systems and electro-optical surveillance systems. All of these systems were made by Western companies, such as Motorola.
Loads of weapons can be also seen in the SANA video, including heavy machine guns, mortar cannons, rocket-propelled grenades of different types, assault rifles and ammunition of different calibers.
Most of these weapons and equipment were supplied by the U.S. and its allies to the Free Syrian Army (FSA) under a “train and equip” program that had been authorized by former U.S. President Barack Obama in 2014. The program was halted by President Donald Trump in 2017. However, most of the equipment found its way to the black market or even to the hands of terrorist groups.

Would be interesting to trace serial numbers on this stuff. I am pretty sure it is being done.
They already done that before, like in aleppo before they found bulgarian grad and traced to sender then to factory but no one care about that, so its just wasting time to trace them when even you already had proof but it just nothing and you just wasting a time
I am sure they are keeping a record. It is basic intel stuff. Doing so would maybe give information they already know but, it also might result in new information. In the business, it is just doing it by the book, not leaving possible loose ends.

Most is carried by cargo air, sometimes Silk Air, usually C-130J of CJTOIR bases in Iraq, then trucked or helilift.

Around 2013, from memory, the Saudis bought 30,000 TOW missiles. It did raise a few eyebrows, but making the sale was the top priority. Now of course everyone knows that when Syrian battlefields are peppered with TOW missiles they mainly come from Saudi, but no western nation will take any action on that. I wonder why… Some TOW missiles captured have less than a year manufacturing dates, so they are obviously direct deliveries, courtesy of Raytheon and Co perhaps. If this was to be dug up and properly investigated so many people would be implicated it’s not funny. I’m not holding my breath.

Obviously omnidirectional antennas for radio (data) comms. The shorter ones to the left are subscriber units with integrated directional antennas, and those that look like a hat are GPS receivers used as a time reference to synchronize the communication time slots.
