Syrian Army's Offensive in Eastern Aleppo Progressing

Leaders and activists of the ‘moderate’ opposition used social networks to appeal to the command of terrorist groups and the Syrian government in order to resume negotiations on reconciliation of the sides on fronts of Aleppo, the FAN news agency reported on Friday.

The main reason for the appeal was an operation of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA), which began a few hours ago in the eastern part of the city and its suburbs. The start of the operation was announced by the General Command of the Syrian Arab Army, Hezbollah-affiliated media and social networks. According to them the Syrian Army and Russian Aerospace Forces has begun an intense bombing on the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo.

Don’t stop Syria and exterminate that plague of terrorists, ‘friendly’ or not.

Wipe all who carry the name insurgent, rebel, terrorist or militant off the face of the Earth.

Eastern Aleppo? I thought the govt controlled eastern Aleppo, I’m probably wrong. It’s just that when I looked at the maps, it looked like the govt curled around Aleppo from the south east and held most of the territory east of the city. I thought that the rebels were more or less in northwest Syria.

In any case, once the govt captures Aleppo then the humanitarian problem is solved unless we decide to add more sanctions and a blockade to Syria. I wouldn’t put it past my mindlessly stupid and often cruel govt.

Believe the government controlled area is West Aleppo City, which is were most of the civilians are, and whom the rebels have indiscriminately shelled for years. Strange the western media never seems to report that. ?
