Fighters of the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) repelled an ISIS assault in the Shaddadi region of Hasaka’s southern countryside killing 9 members of the terrorist group. A group of 20 militants had attempted to sneak into points manned by the SDF,but were pushed to retreat after fierce clashes that lasted an hour between the opposing forces.
ISIS militants had also assaulted positions held by alleged “PKK” unist in the village of Qadisiyah Farm east of Raqqa allegedly killing 7 Kurdish fighters.
On the other hand, the SDF’s media published a video showing clashes in Safsafah village east of the ISIS-held town of Tabqa prior to its capture. The group also released another video that showed capturing of the town.
In addition to those videos, the SDF published pictures of a number of ISIS vehicles, VBIEDs, and tanks captured or destroyed.
The SDF preparations for the final offensive on the besieged ISIS stronghold of Tabqa are close to their end. ISIS forces inside the city find themselves completely isolated from their allies in Raqqah.

I wonder if any of scale plastic model manufacturers have plans to produce kits of these unusual jihadi jalopys?
I made myself the same question. A good diorama with a T72 and a BTR needs urgently an upgrade with one of those “Mad-Max”-cars.
