On November 7, the Syrian government forces continued military operations against the joint forces of Ahrar Al-Sham, Jabhat Fatah Al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian al-Qaeda branch) and other less known militant groups.
Main operations of the Syrian army were focused along the Aleppo-Hama highway and near the towns of Aqrab, Buwaydah and Taiibat al-Imam.
According to pro-government sources, some 20 militants were killed and at least 1 vehicle destroyed as result of the attacks by the Syrian army and the Syrian Air Force.
