Since the full liberation of the city of Aleppo in late 2016, the Syrian government has begun rebuilding the public services sector of the city.
The Ministry of Electricity has started to restore electricity supplies to the city repairing the Aleppo electric station in the eastern Aleppo countryside. The electric station came out of service as a result of clashes with ISIS militants in 2015.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Electricity is working to extend power lines from the electric station to Aleppo and from towns in the Hama province to Aleppo city after an agreement with a number of Free Syrian Army groups in Idlib. The agreement will also include the repair of the Al-Zerbah electric station in southwestern Aleppo countryside with the aim of supplying Aleppo and Idlib with electricity.
In the beginning of 2017, the SAA succeeded in regaining control over a major part of Aleppo’s eastern countryside, including Al-Khafsa town. It’s located near the Al-Assad Lake where the main water pumping station for the city of Aleppo is located. The Syrian government repaired the station within a week and restored water supplies to Aleppo.
The Aleppo governorate council started a comprehensive campaign of cleaning and removing the fortifications and barriers that the militants had placed inside the city. The government is also destroying tunnels and removing the weapons, mines and IED planted by the terrorists.
Recently, the reconstruction of the old market has started in Old Aleppo.
Government workers are resurfacing all important roads contributing to the return of life to Syria’s largest city.

Interesting to see how shallow their water mains are. I suppose it aint Canada so whats the point, still Nice to see how its done in other places. Also that mini excavator looked in good shape.
On a tangent, look at the heavy equipment the white helmets “use”. All brand new CAT some of them only available in North America…damn pigs!!! Our tax dollars at work friends…
It is not frozen tundra like Canada and infrastructure is easy to maintain. It is good to see the efficiency of Syrian government. US needs to stop sponsoring terrorism so that Syrians can live in peace.

I remember Lester Holt from CNN asking Trump what happens if Aleppo falls to Assad.During a debate.Well I guess stability peace and progress. HOPE even.American media is based on fear to control the average citizen minds.So the deep state can justify taking the hardworking taxpayers money.acting like without our involvement the world will go to shit.It won’tJust like Americia is bigger then any person or state.Humanity is bigger then any country.Go Aleppo !
