Syrian and Russian warplanes have carried out over 20 airstrikes against ISIS targest in the area of the Syrian city of Deir Ezzor, according to local sources.
The warplanes reportedly supported the Syrian army’s advance in the Deir Ezzor cemetery, hitting ISIS units and military equipment in Jiraiya, Wadi An Nishan and in the southern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
Pro-government sources say that 13 ISIS members and at least 1 vehicle were eliminated as result of the airstrikes.
