Syrian and Russian warplanes carried out on July 25 a series of airstrikes on militants’ positions in the opposition-held part of the western Aleppo countryside in response to the recent rocket attack on Aleppo’s city center.
According to opposition sources, the Syrian and Russian airstrikes targeted the towns of al-Bawabiya, al-Atarib, Qammari, al-Barqoum, Urem al-Kubra, Kafr Halab as well as the Base 46.
A day earlier, several rockets hit the districts of al-Hamadaniyah and Sayf al-Dawla in Aleppo’s city center killing three civilians and injuring many others. This was the second such attack on Aleppo in the last ten days.
Pro-government activists accused Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and the Turkish-backed National Front for Liberation (NFL) of carrying out the deadly rocket attack. However, this is yet to be confirmed.

A large-scale ground operation seems to be the only option to put an end to the repeated rocket attacks on Aleppo’s city center. However, such an operation remains unlikely in the current military diplomatic situation.
I know I know and there was NO civilian casualties right , never is when Russia tosses bombs out .

The fact that Russia and the SAA only react when the militants have launched an attack, shows they are only reactors and not taking control of the situation. Syria and Russia have to act pro-actively and remove the militants and terrorists from Syria. Allowing them to stay will keep Syria in a perpetual war. Russia should stop compromising so much with Turkey. Now that it foolishly sold (on major Russian credit) the S400’s, Turkey shouldn’t be complaining anyhow.
