In the province of Raqqah, an intense fighting is ongoing in the village of Safsafah northeast of the town of Tabqah, controlled by ISIS. The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are struggling to secure this site in order to fully encircle Tabqah. In turn, ISIS terrorists have launched a series of attacks in order to prevent this. According to pro-SDF sources, over 20 ISIS members have been killed in the recent clashes in the area.

It’s clear that despite ISIS counter-attacks the SDF, backed up by the US-led coalition’s warplanes, helicopters, artillery and military advisors, have enough military capabilities to lay a siege on Tabqa and to retake this town from ISIS. When the town of Tabqa and the nearby dam are secured, US-led forces will likely advance against ISIS terrorists along the Euphrates outflanking the ISIS stronghold of Raqqah from the southern direction.

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda) and its allied militant groups resized the town of Maardes from government forces in the northern countryside of Hama.

ilitants launched an attack in the area on April 4, using vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIEDs) to break government forces defenses in Maardes and fully captured the town by nightfall. The militants’ success became possible because the Syrian army and other pro-government units had lost momentum while they were preparing an advance on the nearby militant-held town of Souran. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham’s leadership used the delay to launch a large counter-attack.

On April 5, clashes continued in the area. Government troops backed up by artillery units and warplanes are making efforts to counter-attack against terrorists.

The Syrian army and the National Defense Forces allegedly captured the Al-Muzabad mount northeast of Palmyra. If confirmed, this would be the second mount located deep in the ISIS-controlled desert captured by government forces during the last 7 days.

On April 4, the so-called White Helmets reported that the Syrian Air Force’s warplane allegedly used the chemical agent sarin against civilians in the village of Khan Shaykhun in the province of Idlib. According to pro-militant outlets, the attack took place during a series of airstrikes in the area.

The Syrian Defense Ministry denied the usage of the chemical agent in the area. Later, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Syrian Air Force’s airstrike destroyed a warehouse, where ammunition dump containing chemical weapons was being produced by militants. The warehouse was reportedly used to produce and store shells containing toxic gas.

Some pro-government sources also raised the issue that the attack was made by militants themselves amid a series of military loses of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and its allies in northern Hama.

Behold a Pale Horse

20 dead here, 15 dead there. This isn’t a war. Just a series of small fist fights. Spitfires in WW2 killed more people on staffing runs. What are the Russian Air Force actually bombing?

Gabriel Hollows

Random cars and bushes, I guess. Seems like the SAA has met their match in Hama, the Tiger forces are being outclassed by Al-Qaeda while the Russian airforce is more concerned with wasting more bombs so the oligarchs who control the Russian arms-industry can continue to profit.

Hundreds of airstrikes per week and then can hardly kill 20 people. This can’t be an accident.

Trustin Judeau

You know that 75 – 80 percent of the rebel gains are reversed in Hama . The rebels hold Maardes,Souran and few hills . This is definitely not outclassing . And TF have suffered defeat if you dont know . It happened in 2015 . They are not perfect force

Gabriel Hollows

Which used to be over 90% but now they’re pushing back.

It’s a back and forth. I don’t doubt the SAA will wear them out *eventually* but it’s been way more costly than it should have been. Keep in mind we don’t have statistics on casualties yet, but considering what I’ve said before they’re likely quite high.

Gabriel Hollows

You do realize the Tiger forces were not able to make significant gains (barely stopped the terrorist advance) even with air support. It wasn’t until the 5th legion and massive reinforcemente from all over Syria that they were able to overwhelm Al-Qaeda. At least this is the impression I got.

Were it not for Syrian air dominance and vast numbers (in that specific front) the Tiger forces would’ve been decimated or forced to retreat. It would’ve been Raqqa 2.0.

Attrition47

The suggestion that all this is a diversion so that the US has time to dig in around Raqqa the east is quite plausible. Could that be why there are more US head-chopping, heart-eating raper apologists posting on Southfront?

Trustin Judeau

Raqqa is lost . SAA should go to Deir Ez Zor . SDF will battle for Raqqa until the end of the year so SAA have time . The problem is with the events in Idlib what will be the consequences . I only words are applied SAA will go for.

PZIVJ1943

In Tabqa area they are referring to coalition airstrikes, not Russian. Only 20 dead ISUS here, but they are doing much better in Mosul. MANY MANY civilians deaths reported there. And France says nothing about it.

Gabriel Hollows

When I said ‘hardly 20 dead’ I wasn’t referring to what happened today, but in general. Ever since Putin first withdrew the airforce all of their bombing runs have been suspiciously inneffective, despite them being reinforced again.

John Whitehot

show us some BDA reports then, either I’ll keep judging the effectiveness of Russian air strikes from high to very high, given the overall results on the ground.

John Whitehot

you managed to concentrate the highest amount of bullshit ever in six lines, in fact a record amount. Congratulations.

Gabriel Hollows

Not an argument, but cry more.

Tudor Miron

You guys can’t even comprehend what the situation on the ground (SAA) really is. There are numerous reports from Russian advising there that arab army is… 1st. They’re simply short on manforce. Can you imagine that after many years of war they didn’t do total military mobilisation of male population (fighting edge)? We just can’t understand it here – don’t know about others but Russia would surely mobilise all its force if it were in Syria situation of 2015. Days of Syrian state surely looked numbered. It’s actually very easy to see that SAA can’t sustain heavy combat on many fronts at once. When they concentrated on Aleppo they lost Palmira. They liberate (this time with more help from Russians in terms of planning/managing entire operation) – they have trouble in Homs etc. It’s well visible that terrorist efforts are coordinated – Syria and Iraq and they try to stretch SAA as much as they can. BTW – attack looks coordinated all over the world – doesn’t it? Blust in St.Petersburg, Large scale offensives of Al Queda here and there, Chemical attack allegations – NWO is pushing hard on all fronts not just Southfront ;)

John Whitehot

where are the reports? and what does “arab army is… 1st” even mean?

Tudor Miron

Non that I know of in English, all in Russian and something can be found on youtube. 1st. meant that I wanted to list many problems reported about SAA by respectable Russian military experts that are in contact with people on the ground. But while writing I decided to not tell any more than I told.

John Whitehot

i can manage some russian, especially with some translating help.

Tudor Miron

I can always try and help with translation as far as my English allow. I can give link to a video with interview with very respected mil expert – in Russian. There he describes the main problems with Syrian army. Simply put it is good at staying at checkpoints (crossroads etc.) and collecting small payment from everyone passing :) Remember – state was failing and country was all devided in small areas under control of small and larger armed groups. Learning bad habbits is fast unlearning takes much longer.

John Whitehot

: ) so u gonna give this link or what.

John Whitehot

you must have missed the definition of the verb “to cry”. You should run the word through the google english-yiddish translator.

Tudor Miron

What are you talking about? yiddish???

John Whitehot

i was replying to another poster

Tudor Miron

Cool

NeoLeo

They are concerned not to hit civilians, because western media hysterically scream everytime they actually kill a few terrorists… when the US warplanes slaughter 100s of civilians, no one gives a fck.

PJ London

I know how difficult it is to get staff. Popped down to the job centre on a Monday morning. The good old weekly staffing run, gad I miss the days. Had an Austin-Healy myself, the spitfire was too small. Difficult to hit people when they ran across the road so fast. Old Age pensioners and toddlers were the easiest to hit. Never actually killed them, but really bruised a couple of them.

John Whitehot

The US ambassador at the UN Nikki Haley just stated that if the Security Council cannot take action to prevent Assad to use chemicals, then some countries might take action on their own…

PZIVJ1943

But they never found Sudam’s WMD after destroying Iraq. Also Hitler said Germany was attacked by some Poles, so attacking Poland was just an act of self defense. Right or wrong?!

Wahid Algiers

Right. Poland attacked german civilians with the beginning of 1920. After they were slaughtered within 8 weeks in september/october 1939 they cried for help through UK.

PZIVJ1943

German plan CASE WHITE, invasion of Poland.

Clyde Weathers

Haley has Deep State – Pax Judaica’s ‘star of david’ twisting in her ass – she is no longer capable of independent thought, like so many others – sad.

John Whitehot

xD. The rightful successor to Samantha Powers.

Attrition47

Oh for fuck’s sake; are there any grown-ups here?

U3O8

For fuck’s sake; nope.

Attrition47 Get used to it. Many people have had enough of the Neoconservatives.

Blaubeere

Completely off-topic, however, does anybody know what happened to militarymaps.info ?

DJ Double D

Russia needs to make it clear in Security Council that all countries not invited by Syrian Government to fight Terrorist must leave Syrian soil. If they wish to supply them with manpower and weapons, please do, but out of Syria.

Solomon Krupacek

this step will never do

Corey O'Donnell

lmao

spirittoo

The cabal is using the same false flag attack it used back in 2013 in Syria when the US gave their hired terrorists thugs chemical weapons, and tried to blame it on Assad … didn’t work then … won’t work now.

U3O8

^^^THIS^^^

Solomon Krupacek

will work. the facts are not importatnt. america want war. they began war with vietnam wizh tonkin lie, with iraq nuclear weapons lie, syrie will begin with chemical attack lie. uSSa is continuousing in nazi germany style a la danzig affere.

spirittoo

They tried the same thing a few years ago and it didn’t work. Assad is still president as he should be.

NeoLeo

Long history of false flag attacks indeed, all started with the USS Maine back in 1898. (used as a pretext for the spanish–american war)

U3O8

Not necessarily & they do not have enough broad support. In fact less support than they had earlier. End game near & many more awake than you would have anyone beLIEve.

But the that’s how ‘VD’ (Viral Disinformation) works…

Always appeals to Ignorant Hive Mind mentality. Those days are done & fineto.

Thegr8rambino

lets hope not bro!!

Rob

This is the war of Gog and Magog or Yajuj and Majuj. This war will inhalate entire world. This war is difficult to end, it will spread to other parts of this world. That is why now end of this world is near. This war will end when Essa (Jesus) come back to this world and fight with these terrorists Ashkenazi Khazari Jews.

U3O8

So glad you cleared that up & presented so much immutable & irrefutable evidence to substantiate your claims. Keep up the fantastic presentation of prima facie evidence & exemplary assessment regarding Judahism – Zionism & Likud party, NOT….

Conscious ignorance, structural violence & poverty are the biggest killers after democide…. Your comment & assessment prove it.

On April 9, 1948 for no good strategic reason Mr. Begin’s Irgun Gang teamed up with Shamir’s Stern Gang and massacred over 250 men, women, and children in Deir Yassin, a peaceful village outside of Jerusalem. Most of the men were absent, because they were working in Jerusalem. The people were quickly subdued, those who resisted were killed on the spot, and the rest were lined up against a wall in the town square and shot. Many of the women were raped before most of them, too, were killed.

Later apologists tell us that it was their own fault for not leaving when they were warned. Surely, such apologists must be a bit insane to think that a few minutes’ warning relieves terrorists and murderers of all moral responsibility for the massacres! Mr. Begin, a future Prime Minister of Israel, writes on page 163, 164 of his book, The Revolt, Story of the Irgun:

“One of our tenders carrying a loud speaker was stationed at the entrance to the village and it exhorted in Arabic all women, children and aged to leave their houses and to take shelter on the slope of the hill. By giving this humane warning our fighters threw away the elements of complete surprise, and thus increased their own risk in the ensuing battle. A substantial number of the inhabitants obeyed the warning and they were unhurt. A few did not leave their stone houses—perhaps because of the confusion. The fire of the enemy was murderous—to which the number of our casualties [four Irgun fighters were killed—ed.] bears eloquent testimony. Our men were compelled to fight for every house; to overcome the enemy they used large numbers of hand grenades. And the civilians who had disregarded our warnings, suffered inevitable casualties.”

This “warning” given to the civilians is contradicted by Alfred Lilienthal, who wrote on page 154 of The Zionist Connection II,

“No warning had been given to the villagers, as was later claimed (Begin has stated that all victims of Irgun attacks had been warned beforehand), because the armored truck with its loudspeaker had tumbled into a ditch and been tossed on its side far short of the first houses of the village. Advised by a night watchman of the approaching Jewish raiders, some inhabitants, with only a robe thrown around them, managed to flee to the west.”

“Jon Kimche, the Zionist writer, calling the incident ‘the darkest stain on the Jewish record throughout the fighting,’ stated, ‘The terrorist justified the massacre of Deir Yassin because it led to the panic flight of the remaining Arabs in the Jewish state area.’ Jewish writer Don Peretz described the result of Deir Yassin as a ‘mass fear psychosis which grasped the whole Arab community.’ Arthur Koestler wrote, this ‘bloodbath . . . was the psychologically decisive factor in the spectacular exodus of Arab refugees’.” (p. 156)

Menachem Begin also claimed that the town was of strategic military value. He bases this on a letter from Mr. Shaltiel, the Haganah Regional Commander, who had written to Mr. Begin:

“I learn that you plan an attack on Dir Yassin. I wish to point out that the capture of Dir Yassin and holding it is one stage in our general plan. I have no objection to your carrying out the operation provided you are able to hold the village. If you are unable to do so I warn you against blowing up the village which will result in its inhabitants abandoning it and its ruins and deserted houses being occupied by foreign forces. This situation will increase our difficulties in the general struggle. A second conquest of the place will involve us in heavy sacrifices. Furthermore, if foreign forces enter the place this will upset the plan for establishing an airfield.”

So the strategic value of Dir Yassin (or Deir Yassin) was that the Haganah was planning to turn it into an airfield! Certainly that would justify the destruction of the village. And if the people object and fight back, this would certainly justify their massacre. After all, who are they to object to a Jewish airfield? Don’t Jews have rights?

Attrition47

There’s nothing Jewish about zionism.

Gabriel Hollows

You’re think we’re stupid don’t you kike? Zionism is little more than the Talmud applied to politics.

The holocaust didn’t happen but it should have and it will.

John Mason

Thanks for the link, very good.

John Whitehot

the amount and intensity of troll attacks on the page is clearly showing the writer hit some unspeakable truth. Thanks.

Rodney Loder

I think 9/11 is critically important to repudiate the Assad is guilty conspiracy, of course why would we use sarin when the psychological war is the major agenda as it always has been from the beginning, but just watching Christopher Bollyn’s new video “European Rise” probably that is the title if I remember correctly, he makes the point about false flags very convincingly, another thing he mentiones is Airliners that fly themselves, (Malaysian Airlines) and the pilot is unable to alter the programme guiding the Aircraft, that ties up with Brendon Lee O’Connell’s accusations about the israeli Technion Institute and the Operation Talpiot. All these behavioral issues are considered by me in depth on Quora (Terry Loder on Quora) if any one is interested in the science of behaviour.

Tom Tom

U.S. false flag attack to provide cover for starting WW3 in Syria.

StaggerLee360

Bunch of a$$hole Nazis here. You are America’s enemy. We’ll destroy the Fourth Reich just like we did the Third.

StaggerLee360

People think the Jews are so smart. Wrong. It’s just that the Jew-haters are so friggin’ stupid. Wouldn’t surprise me if you’re all from Pakistan. Just hilarious, really.
