Syrian warplanes have destroyed a major weapons depot belonging to militant groups in the town of Halfaya in the northern countryside of Hama, the National Defense Forces (NDF) media wing announced on Wednesday.
Menawhile, local sources reported artillery and air strikes in Taybat al-Imam, Zawr Abu Zayd and Kfair al-Taiba.
Yesterday, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the NDF attempted to enter the town of Taybat al-Imam but failed by an obvious reason. The town is an important heavily fortified militant stronghold and will be complicated to seize Taybat al-Imam storming it only from one direction.
On Wednesday, firegihts in Taybat al-Imam’s outskirts continued with the SAA and the NDF attempting to set a ground for further advances.
