The state-run news agency TASS reports (source):

The restoration of Syria’s infrastructure without preliminary conditions and double standards will make it possible to ease the migration burden on Europe. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said about in in an interview with the Greek newspaper Efimerida ton Syntakton.

“Massive tasks to restore Syria’s infrastructure are now on the agenda, which requires joint efforts of the global community and international humanitarian structures – without preliminary conditions and double standards,” the minister said. “Their successful solution will make it possible to decrease the migration burden on Europe.”

On October 27, the Russian, German, Turkish and French leaders discussed in Istanbul ways to galvanize the Syrian settlement. The three-hour summit, which was first held in this format, showed that all sides support a political-diplomatic solution of the problem. Besides, the leaders of the “Four” spoke in favor of building up humanitarian help for Syrians, in particular the restoration of the country’s destroyed infrastructure.

Lavrov said earlier in an interview with Italian news agency AGI that Western countries could join Syria’s restoration more actively and without preliminary conditions.

The good ones go home, the parasite criminals stay behind…

“Res Ipsa Loquitur” the Latin legal phrase concerning evidence, means “The Thing Speaks For Itself”, in other words is self evident. Lavrov’s logic is beyond any counter argument, well spoken sir.
