Terrorists hiding near the border with Turkey launched at least one rocket at the city of Lattakia in the afternoon of April 25, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).
The state-run news agency said that the rocket landed in the district of al-Gharraf in the southern part of the coastal city. Four civilians, including a woman and her child, were reportedly injured as a result of the attack.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far. However, pro-opposition activists said that terrorists from the Ahrar al-Sham Movement launched the rocket. The group is a part of the National Front for Liberation (NFL) coalition, which is actively backed by Turkey.
The new attack came as officials from Russian, Turkey and Iran are holding a round of talks on Syria in Kazakhstan’s capital Nur-Sultan [previously known as Astana]. Delegations of the Damascus government and the opposition, as well as the United Nations Special Envoy to Syria Geir Pedersen are participating in the talks.
The attack on Lattakia will not likely go unpunished. The Russian Aerospace Forces usually strike terrorist positions in Idlib in response to such attacks. Some local sources reported that Russian spy planes are already flying over the northern governorate.

Actually they are Terrorists in the sense they are fighting the bush doctrine.
Even fighting assad, Terrorists are fighting the bad side of secularism, even though assad claims to be Muslim himself. Rebels are more pure than assad or assheadists.
Terrorists supported by Turkey, of course.
We keep hearing that it’s HTS that’s attacking the SAA most regularly, but that’s not true, it’s the Turks boys who do most of the attacking, after the second last Astana agreement [january] was signed HTS practically went silent for nearly 2 months, but the Turkish backed groups like this article is mentioning, have never ever taken a break, they’ve continually attacked the SAA at every opportunity.
