„Panama papers“, in a nutshell, are an exceptional strategy towards the exceptional personality

To answer the dilemma whether “Panama papers” are part of the informational war, we need to look at the list of directly or indirectly mentioned persons. Who is and who is not mentioned in the papers? And who was financially assisted this operation? Because, “Consortium of Investigative Journalism” does not work for free? Or it just works for the ideals of the world freed of tax havens and corruption?

When in February 2002 the “New York Times” announced the possibility that the US government allows false news to infiltrate the media, indeed in the foreign ones the most, even in friendly countries, then it was called the realization of the Orwellian prophecy. Reactions in the US media were so harsh that President George W. Bush asked Defence Secretary Donald Rumsfeld to review the appropriateness of this establishment, as it was called at the Pentagon, “the Department for strategic support and promotion of American interests”. Cynics immediately called it “the Department of misinformation”. As stated by journalists of “New York Times” James Dao and Eric Schmidt, the US military in the 1980s issued radio and TV programs in Nicaragua with the aim to topple the Sandinista government, and Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili said for the “Washington Post” that the money that the US has invested in the formation of the independent media in his country “was worth more than 5,000 US marines”. American company “Lincoln Group” has invested since 2003 about 100 million dollars in the Iraqi media and training of Iraqi journalists. So that journalists could become independent…

Pentagon has contracts with companies “Lincoln Group”, “C. Colman Ink.” And “Science Application International Corporation” worth more than $ 300 million just for the formation of free media in certain countries, and thus, of course, affects the opinion of the local electorate. According to data of Ilena O’Connor, from the International Center of Journalists in Washington, and David Hoffman, from the network “Internews”, the US government helps establish thousands of new TV and radio stations around the world and conducts training of tens of thousands of journalists and media managers, so that way affects hundreds of thousands of people whose profession is closely related to journalism. What intelligence agencies do on this point one can only guess. And what do the various international non-governmental organizations and funds do in this context, now that is an interesting story.

“Panama papers”? Probably never in the history of mankind was so much profound social upheaval and fractures as after 1945. Modernization, or brutal westernization of the planet, pushed of the balance three-quarters of humanity. Old traditions, which seemed eternal, were crushed. The rules, norms, institutions and points of support, everything was lost. The child-warrior in Africa today does not accept any prohibitions no orders. Would child-warrior kill dad or mom for $ 100?

“Why not”, was answer of one child-warrior to me, 19 years ago in the Congo. This radical break with all that was important in the past, this is the modern nihilism of today, this is the reality i which everything is permitted. Not to pay taxes, money laundering in the Seychelles, Panama or the Caymans? Not important? Only the law of greed: for wealth, power and women. Maxim is: “Take what you want”. How this differs itself from a kid with a “Kalashnikov” in the Congo? Or from the “Consortium of Investigative Journalism”?

So, in the “Panama papers” I primarily recognize the hatred of some western centers of power for the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. “Panama papers”, in a nutshell, are an exceptional strategy towards the exceptional personality. Everyone else in these “papers”, all other names are just garnish for Putin. And his name is not even mentioned in the “papers” only the names of his friends. Cunning, to be honest. In fact, China, Russia and Putin are the three target objects of “Panama Papers”, with the China being case that Adam Smith, David Ricardo and Karl Marx simply did not anticipate. So in the “papers” there are now housed some members of the Chinese communist Politburo.

Hostility of USA toward Putin slowly increment into hatred, and for this hatred to become destructive force, it must become a collective hatred. Ideologies have always been the alibi of hatred, the Cold War between Moscow and the West has long been over, but the warriors of the West remained on the scene. The US claims on “specialty” in the world, a belief in the superiority of the spirit over the others, it is observing others as less worth, that is the border between hostility and hatred. Is this some kind of racism – I do not know, but all the Enlightenment philosophers of the 18th and 19th century were in some way racist, even Kant and Hegel.

In the “Panama papers” we can not see any larger American name. All others were suckers and fools, but not Americans? Then how to demonization Putin further? Just at a time when Russia has upcoming parliamentary elections? Well, let into circulation these “papers”. Papers that you were preparing for years, and well, just now you remembered release them. For the current USA, peace with nuclear Russia OF Vladimir Putin is a necessity, but obviously not a permanent commitment.
