The third day of the Ukrainian counteroffensive was marked by new attempts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to break through Russian defenses in several directions.
On the morning of August 31, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that the AFU suffered significant losses in failed attacks on the settlements of Arkhangelsk, Olgino and Ternovye Pody. A battalion of the 57th Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was reportedly defeated near the settlement of Sukhoi Stavki.
‘Currently, the destruction of its remains is being completed.’ the Russian MoD reported.
To unblock the AFU units, 12 tanks supplied to the Kiev regime by Poland were transported across the Ingulets River. Some of the tanks were destroyed by the powerful fire by the Russian troops. The second video (starting with the tank explosion) shows that the artillery fire is not very effective. This is a high target density spot and they manged to blow up one tank (of 5-6) and apparently killed no soldiers apart from the tank crew (if that).
This is extremely shocking. If you have drone video of such a manpower concentration (6 tanks, about 50 soldiers) you should be able to bring much more fire on that point.
