On December 27, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
Eight of the videos show a series of drone attacks that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, including other drones, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
One more video shows an attack with a TOS thermobaric rocket launcher on Ukrainian fortifications near the settlement of Staritsa in the direction of Kharkiv.
Another video from Kharkiv, shows a strike with Tornado-S guided artillery rockets on a bridge used by Kiev forces close to the settlement of Staryi Saltiv.
In its daily briefing, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “attack UAV (unmanned aerial vehicles) production points as well as temporary deployment areas of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) and foreign mercenaries in 154 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses shot down during the same period at least 78 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 669 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 105,295 drones, 640 air defense systems, 26,747 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,634 multiple rocket launchers, 32,205 artillery pieces, and 50,143 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.

you must be trolling. as an unbiased objective observer here, russia is struggling to gain ground, losing large numbers of troops going on a sustained offensive, defending frontline positions & protecting rear areas. but they are absolutely still winning, increasing operation tempo, causing massive damage & large scale casualties to ukraines forces the more miles taken

russias active and existing hypersonic and other advanced arsenals have rendered natos european military obsolete. chinas advances only join this. the us is now in a never win situation . but they can destroy much.
this is an exaggerated narrative, the west specifically us military has just as much, no most likely far more capable & advanced weapons systems, rocket, artillery, cruise & ballistic missiles as well as hypersonic arsenals that are just as effective or more effective than russias limited hypersonic missiles. yes this is a huge problem for europe & great deterrence factor for russia yes. force multiplier yes, but not a force equalizer.
russia was world class military b4 conflict. but now significantly degraded, badly mauled & severely weakened for the foreseeable future. they’ve sustained too many heavy losses in military hardware, aircraft, weapons systems, vehicles, professional trained personnel & mass casualties exceeding 1 million including 1/2 million combatants killed. only recently replaced the hundreds of used long range missiles. & completely depleted modern tank inventory.
