On December 16, several videos documenting some of the Russian military’s recent operations against Kiev forces surfaced online.
16 of the videos show dozens of attacks with FPV suicide drones, grenade-dropping drones, and interceptor drones that targeted Ukrainian troops, posts and equipment, across several directions within the special military operation zone over the last few days.
Notably, one of the attacks carried out with an FPV suicide drone targeted a large gathering of Ukrainian troops and a nearby military vehicle in an unspecified direction.
One more video shows an attack with a TOS thermobaric rocket launcher on Ukrainian fortifications near the settlement of Vilcha in the direction of Kharkriv.
Another shows a strike with Tornado-S guided artillery rockets on multiple BM-21 Grad rocket launchers of Kiev forces somewhere near the border with the Russian region of Belgorod.
Three additional videos show recent airstrikes that targeted Ukrainian positions in the settlement of Grafskoe in Kharkiv, the city of Huliaipole in the directions of Zaporozhye, as well as in the cities of Konstantinovka and Mirnograd in the direction of Donetsk.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile, drone and artillery strikes hit “transport infrastructure used in the interests of the AFU (Armed Forces of Ukraine), assembly workshop and storage site of attack unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries in 154 areas” over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses intercepted during the same period 180 fixed-wing drones which were launched by Kiev forces.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, Kiev forces have lost 669 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 103,362 drones, 639 air defense systems, 26,562 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,633 multiple rocket launchers, 31,948 artillery pieces, and 49,167 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
