Amid the failures of the Ukrainian counteroffensive, and the growing risks of escalation and the entry of new belligerents into the war, Moscow has made it clear that Russia and its allies also have trump cards up their sleeves.
After the attempted mutiny in Russia, thousands of Wagner fighters left for Belarus. The military base of the PMC is located near the village of Tsel, where Prigozhin registered the company “Concord Management and Consulting”.
Now the Wagner PMC continues active cooperation with the Armed Forces of Belarus. Recently, Wagner fighters shared their combat experience with the servicemen of the 38th separate airborne assault Brigade of the Special Operations Forces of Belarus. The brigade is stationed in Brest located on the border with Poland.
During his recent talks with his Russian counterpart, Lukashenko jokingly claimed that Wagner fighters asked to send them on an excursion to the West, to Warsaw, to Rzeszow. There is an airfield near Rzeszow, which turned into a large NATO hub for the transfer of weapons to Ukraine.

if you look back to syria its amazing to see the damage that a well supported group can do in a country. if wagner at say 35k strong were releases anywhere, it would be a devastating fireball to control. they are a tight unit and take on armies. i wonder whether they will be fighting back in ukraine to protect political opposition to zelensky – a second home front.

yes… i think the poles are just a distraction. however, the whole “wagner insurrection” smells very much like a counterintelligence operation to me. i wonder if this isn’t a gru (russian military intelligence) operation to fool kiev into keeping most of its troops committed in the south. i wouldn’t be surprised if wagner and the belarussians suddenly turned up on zelensky’s doorstep to crunch his sorry druggy ass.

i believe they are just that to anyone going into belarus or ukraine. consider the acts of desperation coming from us and nato, this will free up the russian army immensely in ukraine. russia is now pushing a hundred thousand troops to offensive war in the north donbas and up to karkiv region. the last week has seen inroads of up to 12kms east by russia.
if poland moves troops into ukraine to support the failed nato proxy war russia and belarus may move troops into poland and the next phase of ww 3 will begin. this also explains the usa congress resolution supporting article 5. the usa seems unable to accept defeat of their stupid plan in ukraine.
