Trump: Saudi Arabia ‘Agreed To Spend the Necessary Money Needed To Help Rebuild Syria’

Support SouthFront

On December 24, US President Donald Trump claimed that Saudi Arabia has now agreed to spend the necessary money needed to help rebuild Syria, instead of the United States.

Previously, Trump multiple times stressed that the US is not going to spend money to “restore” Syria. However, the meaining of the word “Syria” for the US administration has some special meaning. This word is used by Washington to describe the US-occupied part of the country.

Some experts also speculate that the Saudi decision to provide funds for the restoration of “Syria” is linked to the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi in a Saudi consulate in Turkey’s Istanbul. The Trump administration has contributed large efforts to rescure the Saudi government from international pressure over this situation.

BEIRUT, LEBANON (3:10 P.M.) – The U.S. Coalition carried out a new airstrike in the Euphrates River Valley region of Deir Ezzor, today, targeting an area near the front-lines of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).

According to a military source in Damascus, the U.S. Coalition bombed the Halbiyah-Zalbiyah Bridge that links the territories controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces and Syrian Arab Army in western Deir Ezzor.

The source said that the Syrian Arab Army was recently reconstructing this bridge and was nearly finished until it was bombed by the U.S. Coalition.

The U.S. Coalition has not issued any statement about this bombing.

Al-Masdar’s source in Damascus said that the Syrian Arab Army believes the reason for the bombing was to prevent them from being able to cross the Euphrates and enter the SDF’s territory.

I’m sure this money will be well spent on building Wahabist mosques and madrassas. Gotta take care of the poor souls of the locals. Otherwise they might get crazy ideas.

Elisabeth Jenders

Yes, just what they did in Bosnia. New concrete sky rockets everywhere, and incubator cells for new terrorists.

Zionism = EVIL

The Saudi scum have spent over $150 BILLION on Wahhabi madrassas for their CIA masters since the “Jihad” against USSR in Afghanistan circa 1980’s. They have recruited and trained over a million Wahhabi terrorists from Indonesia, Pakistan to Bosnia since then.

Elisabeth Jenders

Little boy goes on a rampage, daddy agrees to foot the bill. Grow up, Uncle Sam – it’s long overdue you acted responsibly!

You’re being feared because you are such a terrible bully, but you are not being respected and taken seriously.

The interpretation SF gives about the usage of the word “Syria” may be correct.

In fact this could be a message that Trump is conveying to certain individuals and entities, and one directly linked with the withdrawal order of two days ago.

I don’t think it would be difficult for journalists to investigate what kind of reconstruction financing effort the Saudis are about to start.

Zionism = EVIL

hahhaa the dumb moronic Saudis are truly fcuked, first they lost the war in Yemen at a cost of over $150 billion, then their headchopper terrorists in Syria and Iraq cost them $20 billion on-going, and then they chopped Khashoggi’s body parts at the “embassy” and got global revulsion and now to top it all oil, their only commodity is down to $40 a barrel while Americunts are making more financial demands to pay for terrorism and wars. The reconstruction of Syria is estimated at $400 BILLION at least, so if the Americunts keep on extorting money from the Saudi criminal cowards, the family run pimpdom is kaput! There was an extensive article on growing poverty in Saudi Arabia in TIME magazine that was banned in Arab countries. It is still available on line and shows the pathetic state of average Saudi, especially the Shia minority in oil rich eastern provinces.

Willing Conscience (The Truths

The Saudis helped start the war so it’s right they should help pay for the restoration of the country, but the whole country not just the north. But then again so should the US, and France, and Brittain, and Qatar, and Germany, and Turkey, and Australia, and Canada, and, oh what the hell, you know who I mean, the list is too long to include them all.

Pepe Little Sudiar

Saudi have economic problems. this is just a joke

goingbrokes

Saudi Arabia should give the money directly to Assad, and stop fooling about expanding their wahhabi crazy empire into Syrian territory. If Saudi rebuild it will be a cultural rape all over again.

Angelo Cinarelli

Money or not money, keep away USA, FRANCE, SAUDI fron Syria. They started the War, now they whant to rebuild Syria? KEEP AWAY THESE CRIMINALS FROM SYRIA!!

rudy

Both Bastardcountry’s together with other members of the Bastard ligue who ttryed to invade, disturb brutally wounded and massacred, murdered so many innocent people in Syria, like ISraeHELL and many NATO membercountry’s should made a fund sufficiently big in a way that Syria indepently could arrange her own build up and do indemnisation to all Syrian family’s who suffered !

stary ujo

Good idea from Trumo wanker ! They canceled sanction opposite Saudy Arabia for murder jurnalist and SA will to pay reconstruction Syria ! The world is one underfucking !
