Turkey Orders FSA To Withdraw From Frontline With Manbij

Turkish-backed militants in the area of Afrin

Turkey has ordered Free Syrian Army (FSA) groups deployed on a frontline around the northern city of Manbij to withdraw and end the state of emergency, the Syrian Step News Agency reported on at the late hours of December 30.

According to the pro-opposition news agency, Ankara backed-off from its plans to attack the city, which is held by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), as a result of the high-level Russia-Turkish meeting held in Moscow two days ago.

Earlier this week, the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) announced its withdrawal from Manbij and called on the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) to protect the city from Turkey’s threats. The army responded within few hours and deployed a large force in the outskirt of the Manbij.

However, U.S. and French forces didn’t withdraw from the city. Later, a local official said that the SAA was deployed only on the front line with Turkish-backed forces and said that the city is still under the control the SDF’s Manbij Military Council (MMC).

Local observers say that the presence of U.S. and French forces as well as Syrian and Russian forces around Manbij may have deterred Ankara and forced it to abandon its plan to attack the city.

Tishrin is under SAA control, http://espanol.almayadeen.net/news/Ej%C3%A9rcito%20Sirio/281261/ej%C3%A9rcito-sirio-controla-la-estrat%C3%A9gica-represa-en-manbij/

So, SAA aren’t only deployed on the Manbij front lines, that’s a fairy tale of some Ocalan boy.

PZIVJ

AMN also reports this, Good news. https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/syrian-army-takes-over-tishreen-dam-east-of-manbij-to-block-turkish-troops/

jorge

And if this deployement of the SAA forces in three flanks is true, https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/syrian-army-surrounds-manbij-to-block-turkish-forces/ , then the turkish proxies would be massacred.

Zionism = EVIL

It is important to keep perspective on the US and Zionist fanned terror in Syria. The FSA is basically nothing but paid cowardly thugs trained by the CIA and never amounted to anything even with Americunt and Turkish support. Now that situation is changing and these thugs will either be killed or disappear for further terrorism for Americunt and Zionist masters. What people are not focusing on is the very rapidly developing positive cooperation between Russian, Iranian, Syrian and Iraqi armed forces and the joint operations they are conducting against all forms of terrorists. Just last week the Defence Ministers and general staff of these nations met and drew up security plans with Syria allowing Iraqi units to operate on its territory. There is historical precedence for this going back to 1973, when 2 Iraqi armored brigades assisted SAA in securing Damascus and blocking the Zionists at Sassa Ridge. Now there is powerful Axis of Resistance building up from Tehran to Lebanon. The whole Zionist scum strategy has really backfired and the regional consequences will be evident in a few years.

jorge

And I hope to see in 2019 the israeli planes forbidden of flying over Lebanon.

Zionism = EVIL

I believe that time is coming. Happy 2019 to you all anti-Zionist fair minded people. Americunt economy will be in a shitter soon too :) and dollar is going to be toilet paper after Russia, China, Iran and even Turkey now do mutual currency swaps.

jorge

Happy 2019 to you too.

RichardD

These things have momentum put in place by the US withdraw, the more that the withdrawal doesn’t happen, a lot of these dominoes will stop falling.

Zionism = EVIL

Most people don’t realize that Syria and Turkey have cut a deal and the so-called FSA is kaput. Soon expect a Assad-Erdogan meeting. Russia is facilitating normalization of ties and Syrian government control over all of Syria. Why do you think the Zionist arseholes are shitting up a storm as their agenda falls apart. Even puppet regimes like UAE and Jordan are starting airliners to start landing in Damascus again. Arabs go with the flow and at the moment Dr. Assad is the MAN!

mhtsaropinigitakis

poor little turks…

Sinbad2

Those poor little Turks are going to get quite rich over the next decade. The tide has turned, instead of the world supporting Europe and America, it’s time for Europe and America to support the world.

mhtsaropinigitakis

and then you woke up? tell us more

Brother Ma

I would hang erdogan for stealing syrian oil and industrial infrastructure for his own private use

Sinbad2

Erdogan could be hung many times for his crimes, but who would replace him? An American appointed $%&*, who would be much worse than Erdogan. I remember when the US put Pol Pot in charge of Cambodia. Any despot is better than an American appointed despot.

Mustafa Mehmet

Poor little Greek clown

mhtsaropinigitakis

Hasbara Hunter

The Turks did a good job….always knew it….reconciliation is way better….thanks

badgery

Uncle Erdo must be sobering up. Replace your divots, go home and smoke a little hash.

Sinbad2

He’s just facing reality, the FUKUS powers time is over. The new empire is gaining more followers everyday.

badgery

You mean German Arabia?

Sinbad2

Well the FUKUS nations have kept Germany out of the ME for over 100 years, it’s hard to imagine the Germans doing a worse job.

badgery

Um, did you see what they did with their Lebensraum last time?

Sinbad2

But why did they need to go to war to buy oil? That’s right, it was FUKUS deciding who could and who couldn’t buy oil. The FUKUS nations are responsible for WWI, WWII, Korea, and most of the other wars the world has endured. I wonder what the world would be like if the evil 3 did not exist?

badgery

Kind of over simplistic. They didn’t need to go to war to buy oil, dude. There was a kraut by the name of Bergius who could magically turn coal into liquid fuel, like 100 years ago. Also, American fascists were happy to supply Germany with all the oil and Ford trucks they could send, even after it became illegal to do so (House of Bush et al.). Hell, Texaco won the Spanish ‘Civil’ War. So let’s not pretend that Germany wasn’t a willing partner of US fascists (then or now) in their ill-advised ‘Crusade Against Bolshevism’, as well as War Plan Red (against the Brits). And let’s not pretend that a hypothetical German or Turkish empire would be any less evil than the British or American one has been. Empires suck.

BTW, ever notice how the UkroNAZIs seem to favor German Army uniforms?

RichardD

I wrote about the risk a couple of days ago of letting the Jews resume air strikes on Syria without interdiction, now that the purported capabilities to mitigate them are in place, and that this would contribute to efforts to get Trump to back peddle on the Syrian withdrawal. And that’s happening now:

“Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham says President Donald Trump now understands what is at stake in Syria and has agreed to slowing, for now, his plans to immediately withdraw all US troops from Syria”

– Graham: ‘We’re in a pause situation’ on Syria after meeting with Trump –

https://www.cnn.com/2018/12/30/politics/lindsey-graham-isis-syria-trump/index.html

Every Israeli air strike on Syria where IAF planes return to base unharmed will be used to stop the US withdrawal and prove that Russian equipment isn’t capable of deterring modern NATO jet fighters from attacking their targets. And that the Russians are snatching defeat from the jaws of victory when they were so close to it. It’s really sad that the Russians are letting the evil Jews disrupt their victory parade. They should recognize the Jews as the enemies of Russia and humanity that they are. And treat them accordingly.

If the Russians aren’t prepared to take down Israeli aircraft, they should have never put these systems in place and put themselves in the position where they’re being humiliated by the Jews as is happening now.

Rob

It’s truly obvious that how Russia will sell their weapons if that cannot deter Israeli jets.

jorge

Rob, have you any news of contract cancellations?

RichardD

It’s common sense. Any rational person can see it.

Rob

Nope

jorge

Not doing that has led to the liberation of thousands and thousands of square miles. And your usual catilinarians against the Jews are the best way of helping the zionists to manipulate them. Bibi is very happy with the anti semitism in France, he already said that all the french jews can migrate to Israel, so, from his point of view, you are making a good work for Israel.

Carne João Pasta

Thank you. And his spiel is always “beating a dead horse”, like a hyper, autistic (no offense to people with legit autism) adolescent. It’s almost as if he doesn’t want to be taken seriously.

RichardD

“Not doing that has led to the liberation of thousands and thousands of square miles.”

It’s one thing to write something like this, how about explaining why it is so? Because I don’t see it it as being the case. And I don’t think that I’m alone in that view.

jorge

Your theory: as the russians don’t shoot down israeli planes when they attack under cover of civilian planes, Trump will not retreat his troops.

My theory: as you are in love with your mantra (“I want the Russians to shoot the israeli planes”), all that happens it’s because the russians don’t do what you want. What is of the common sense is that, if israeli planes where shot down, the neocons would profit much more to convince Trump to not retreat. Russians and Syrians , since Trump declarations, had allways said they doubt about it. You have invented a pretense danger to the russian arm sellings and a pretense danger to Syria that only exists on your mind.

RichardD

My perspective is that Trump decided to get out because he didn’t want to mess with Russian capabilities. And now that the Jews are making the case that Russian capabilities are overstated. Trump is getting pressured not to pull out.

jorge

First, Trump hasn’t said yet nothing, so lets wait a little more to speak about it, second, the zionists can’t make any case about russian capabilities because only can attack under the cover of russian or civilian planes, third, neither zionists nor Turks show capability to resist against the Syrian and Russian armies, and may be, by that reason, the yankees will try to stay. But I don’t know if they will have the chance, now that the Kurds are negociating with the Syrian government. Et voilà my perspective.

RichardD

According to first hand accounts from a US senator, Trump has agreed to slow pause the withdrawal.

jorge

I know, but that it’s an US senator, not yet a Trump’s tweet. And about israeli planes shot down, be patient, because if they continue to attack the probabilities of you being happy are big.

RichardD

Right now we’re quickly heading from bad to worse, the withdrawal is evidently being called off, and the S-300s are being shown to have no deterrent value. If Trump walks back Graham’s assertions there’s cause for hope, but until he does, that’s the current status.

jorge

The current status of a probability.

RichardD

You’re comment doesn’t make a lot of sense.

jorge

The discussion is finished, by my side. And once again, a good new year to you

Cindy Myer

What he means is just because you don’t use a particular weapon it doesn’t mean that it is ineffective. He used the example of a nuclear weapon. Russia has these as well as others but no one uses these openly against other states during conflicts for obvious reasons. But we know how destructive and effective these weapons are. That’s the point he was making. I got it. For someone who likes to stroke ones ego about how clever they think they are I find it quite funny YOU didn’t understand him? ?

RichardD

He wouldn’t debate the issue. Because he’d get the same response that you will. So let’s see how you field the reply.

You’re comparing apples with oranges. The S-300s were deployed in response to these types of attacks to deter them and they’ve been proven to have no deterrence value. Until that changes, that’s the status of this system.

PZIVJ

But we do debate the issues ! Copy and paste from jorge: (perhaps plagiarism?) “By the way, the russians have announced that the syrian garrisons of the S300 will be ready between january and february/2019.”

jorge

Good new year also to you, terrible PZIVJ. Signed, the drummer muppet.

RichardD

The S-300s being ready then occured at SF after after I raised the issue in the manner that I did. I couldn’t find anything on it before that. Before that push back, they were supposed to be ready now. But that isn’t stopping the “pause” in the withdrawal. Which is already having the effect of the Turks smelling a double cross and backing off on holding off action against the Kurds.

So all of the flack that I’ve taken running point is being repudiated.

Cindy Myer

Whatever. the point he made was as he said just because a weapon isn’t used in conflict doesn’t mean it is ineffective. S300 or nuclear weapon.

RichardD

There is more than 1 measure of weapon efficacy. Deterrence is one, design function is another. Buyers are looking for both. The S-300s have failed at deterence. And are unproven at design function in combat.

That can be corrected by proving their worth in combat. But until that happens, their deterrence value with the IAF is zero or close to it. And this is contributing to the roll back in the US withdrawal.

Cindy Myer

Actually the s300 has proven to be an excellent deterrent. To date there has been no full scale aerial assault on Syria from Israel or the US. All we see are little incursions scattered here and there with no real or significant damage done. It could almost be Israel is trying to get Syria or Russia to use either the s300 or 400 system. But by doing so exposes the capabilities of these systems and therefore a countermeasure could be used against these systems. One would expect these systems to be used in a full scale aerial assault that uses large formations of aircraft with multiple missile launchers. Also it deters from entering deeper into Syrian held territory and current front lines of SAA offensives.

RichardD

That wouldn’t be my take. The deterrence that you’re referring to was all in place before the S-300s were transferred to the Syria Air Defense Force. Those S-300s have had zero effect on deterring anything and their failure at this task is responsible for the unraveling of the US withdrawal that appears to be underway.

As far as their use revealing their capability. Those considerations are nullified when their non use does more harm than their use. I’d say that we’re at that stage now. Those considerations are also outweighed when proving their capability of performance yields greater results than these systems remaining unproven. We’re also at that stage now. Where the capability of these systems being able to take down modern NATO fighters being proven in combat. Is going to yield a paradigm shift in improving Russia’s standing worldwide.

jorge

Yes, was what I meant, and with a syllogism, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syllogism

By the way, the russians have announced that the syrian garrisons of the S300 will be ready between january and february/2019.

Bigaess Wangmane

I’ve always assumed that the declaration of US troop withdrawal from their illegal occupation of Syria was a lie, anyway. If I’m proved correct by the Orange Swine, then it’ll most likely be because of the turks ordering their terrorist proxies (FSA) to pull back, not because the S-300’s didn’t shoot down the Fake-Semite Jets in the Levant.

RichardD

“it’ll most likely be because of the turks ordering their terrorist proxies (FSA) to pull back,”

How does that work? I don’t see how that would effect the US presence in Syria.

Bigaess Wangmane

The US are publicly allied with the Kurds and covertly in league with every terrorist proxy that’s fighting against Assad including the FSA, but, that doesn’t mean these terrorist proxies get along with each other and almost ALL of them despise the Kurds and would eradicate them in short order. The Orange-utang announced his “plans” to withdraw mere days after the Turks announced they were going to invade the East Euphrates. Now the American plans to withdraw are on “hold” mere hours after the Turks recalled their terrorist proxies from the outskirts of Manbij? Seems to me like the US/SDF used SAA/Russia to put a wedge between them and the Turk terrorist proxies.

RichardD

Ok, I see where you’re coming from. You think that the US withdrawal was triggered to keep the Turks from further encroachment on the Kurds at the expense of allowing Syrian government advancement into the NE to stop the Turks. And once the Turks backed off the withdrawal was called off.

I don’t see it that way. Because the US objective is partition. And whether it’s the Turks, Kurds, Arabs or a combination. The objective is partition to keep the Syrian government out. Allowing the Syrian government to gain ground defeats that.

My view is that it’s the Russians who forced Trumps hand, not the Turks. And when the Jews blew off the upgrade to the SADF and resumed in your face attacks. The pressure on Trump from the ziocons rolled back the withdrawal. And now the onus is back on Russia to carry out damage control if they can.

Maybe the S-300s don’t work and the Jews called Russia’s bluff. And maybe they do and the Jews are trying to buy time. I don’t know one way or another. But I think that this is what’s driving events.

Chris Saunders

Trump decided to get out because he was sick and tired of Zionazis planning his foreign policies. His election promise was to pull American troops back home and to spite the Zionazis he chose the perfect time to announce it . .

RichardD

That may be part of it, but the Russians constantly upgrading their own and Syrian capabilities to expel the US was also a big part of it. And now the Jews are trying to roll that back by showing that S-300s have no deterrent capability against NATO aircraft. Which they’ve very successfully done, at least until the Russians prove these systems worth and reinstate it.

Carne João Pasta

Agitprop, right? He knows damn well the consequences of attacking Israel at this juncture in time. He just wants to get his kicks to see a larger, regional war take off, seems to me. Maybe I’m wrong. Either way, doesn’t seem worthy of debate.

RichardD

Taking down IAF jets isn’t something new, nor is attacking Israel, such as 10 IDF positions getting hit in the occupied Golan. None of which has lead to a wider war. Taking down more IAF jets is unlikely to lead to a wider war either. But it will deter the IAF from further attacks on Syria and prove Russian equipment capabilities.

jorge

May be you aren’t wrong, but here he has right to his opinion, and I will discuss his points of view when I will think it’s good.

Carne João Pasta

You’re the better man than I. I come here for intelligent discussion.

RichardD

Then way did you block my replies?

jorge

No I’m not, a man = another man.

FlorianGeyer

At least France would be rid of them and all the eggs would be in one basket :)

jorge

Bibi would be happy to get all the eggs. So, my dear friend, there’s one thing where you and Bibi want the same.

RichardD

It looks to me like the withdrawal is off and we’re heading back to where we were before Trump announced it:

– Graham: ‘We’re in a pause situation’ on Syria after meeting with Trump –

https://www.cnn.com/2018/12/30/politics/lindsey-graham-isis-syria-trump/index.html

PZIVJ

“and that this would contribute to efforts to get Trump to back peddle on the Syrian withdrawal.” You assume too much, Is there a S300 unit trained and deployed outside of Latakia at this time?

RichardD

For someone as interested in what I write as you are. If you’ve read my posts for the last few days, my feed is open, you can read them if you haven’t. I’ve repeatedly written about what is now happening and why in my opinion it is happening. So if having events evolve as I suggested that they would is any indication, my analysis is proving itself out.

Carne João Pasta

He’s always talking out of his ass. How anyone takes him seriously baffles me.

RichardD

You’ve repeatedly said that you’ve blocked my replies, I’m assuming that’s because you don’t want to debate the issues and be disproven and look foolish.

RichardD

“Is there a S300 unit trained and deployed outside of Latakia at this time?”

There are published reports that there are units deployed in Homs and Hama:

“Russia accelerated this effort after the Syrian Air Defense Forces accidentally shot down a Russian IL-20 while responding to airstrikes by Israel on September 17.[8] The Russian Armed Forces deployed at least three additional battalions of S-300s to Syria by October 2.[9] These systems reportedly became combat operational as of November 7, although satellite images later showed at least one of the battalions still stationed at a storage site as of November 13.[10] ISW cannot independently verify the status of the other two battalions of S-300s.”

http://iswresearch.blogspot.com/2018/11/russia-expands-its-air-defense-network.html

PZIVJ

Interesting maps, but T4 is a long ways off. Doubt that battalions are broken up over different areas. This article is about SAA reclaiming land around Manbij, and you have nothing positive to say ?? Instead you want to escalate tensions with Israeli trash ! This seems very counter productive. :/

RichardD

The article is about events being fueled by the US withdrawal which is now being out on hold according to published reports for the reasons that I’ve been outlining for days.

That map is from months ago. And is almost certainly outdated. With full Russian satcom integration there’s no need to maintain battalion level stand alone capability. 1 launcher can be a fully functional stand alone unit with satcom integration using launch and targeting data supplied by other components of the system. There could be one or more units hidden in Daraa on the Golan border networked in for use on an as needed basis.

I’ve said a lot that’s positive about recent events. But it doesn’t take a rocket scientist or clairvoyant to see that the tide is being turned by the IAF victory dance on the dead Russian soldier’s graves. Which is what I’ve been warning about for days now.

RichardD

This is from months ago, and there are other similar reports elsewhere:

“Russia positioned the first new battalion of S-300s in the mountains of Tartus Province along the Syrian Coast. This battalion is located within two kilometers of pre-existing positions occupied by a Russian S-400 and Syrian S-200.[11] Russia reportedly positioned the second battalion at the T4 (Tiyas) Airbase northeast of Damascus.[12] The location of the third battalion is unclear although it may be deployed to the Deir ez-Zour Military Airbase in Eastern Syria.[13] This position – if confirmed – could significantly constrain air operations by the U.S. Anti-ISIS Coalition in Eastern Syria. The graphic below depicts the assessed locations and maximum ranges of the air defense systems operated by Russia in Syria.”

– Russia Expands Its Air Defense Network in Syria –

http://iswresearch.blogspot.com/2018/11/russia-expands-its-air-defense-network.html

jm74

There was an article done on global research where someone from Dier Ezzur stated that the Russians deployed 2 S300 units there. Anything that comes out of Syria or concerns Syria should not be taken seriously unless it is confirmed by Syria, Russia or Iran.

grumpy_carpenter

Wars are expensive, destructive and something no sane person wants to experience.

Only a fool would get themselves into a war over optics or pride ….. something Americans seem incapable of understanding. intelligent people who understand the true nature of war and what can and cannot be accomplished by warfare avoid war at any costs.

Do you believe the Russians to be fools?

Russia has close ties with Israel and Russian nationals, including many Red Army veterans live or are retired to Israel. The last thing the Russians want is a war with Israel. that would not just be a disaster on it’s own right but make the entire Syrian project an immense waste of time and money. Say nothing of the lives of Syrians and their allies who dies for this cause.

The USA, NATO and Israel know full well how capable the Russian air defences are without having to shoot anyone down. Stop the hand wringing and let the Russians manage their relationship with Israel and let them focus on winning the war for Syria and getting the country back on it’s feet and living in peace.

Isn’t that the objective here ….. why get into dick wagging over whose weapons are the best right when the war is finally coming to an end?

RichardD

Shooting down IAF planes that are illegally attacking Syria is unlikely to lead to a wider war. They’ve been taken down before and the IDF has been hit 10 times in the occupied Golan, which also didn’t lead to a wider war. Once the S-300s are proven it will be a game changer that will provide deterrent capability that they obviously don’t have now, never having been proven in combat.

Chris Saunders

Very simplistic rationale. There is much more at stake for Russia than just shooting down a few IAF jets. Russia has to balance out the Israel scenario with other pressing issues. A good chess player will not go for broke taking out an opponent’s piece, when there are multiple facets to consider. I played against a russian chess master (on a Russian cruise ship) many decades ago and I can tell you they carefully plan each move for maximum strategic advantage. Very rarely will they sacrifice a strategic advantage for a tactical gain. It goes without saying that I lost my chess match, as did the other 3 cruise passengers who challenged the Russian and were all playing him at the same time. Shooting down Israeli jets would bring the US back in full force into the Levant, which would be problematic for Russia, a poor strategic move . .

Carne João Pasta

Maybe Richard doesn’t understand the Russian mind. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.

RichardD

I understand enough to have called it correctly up to what’s happening now, when no one else has. Which goes far beyond the Russian mind. And I’m trying to get them to recognize this to make the corrections that they need to so that their reputation doesn’t suffer further damage and the situation doesn’t deteriorate from here.

brendon sweeney

you are clearly misguided, if you haven’t noticed, its the nazi globalist that are in damage control. Their plans have failed, Russias reputation has been soaring with the common people.

RichardD

Another dodge.

Bill Wilson

Whose common people? Syria’s?

RichardD

These S-300 systems have never been proven in combat that I’m aware of, are you?

Right now their deterrent value is zero, the IAF is flying circles around them. Governments who have them or are considering acquiring them are watching what’s happening. The only conclusion that they can draw is that the deterrent value against NATO fighters is currently zero. If you can’t see this, then maybe you should stick to chess and leave the geopolitical and military analysis up to people knowledgeable and experienced in these matters.

brendon sweeney

If it wasn’t for Israeli jets hiding behind passenger jet airliners in the last attack the strike rate would of been 100%, thats actually a perfect score, I’m not sure who you are or what you are trying to achieve but outright lying isn’t doing you any favors, it actually makes you look like a complete idiot

RichardD

How about copying and pasting what I’ve written and then explaining what is a lie?

jorge

Richard, you are making an tornado with only two little facts, one, the S300 weren’t yet used (as the actual atomic bombs, for example, or the S400, or the S500, or the new russian tanks, etc, etc.), two, an senator spoke about what he thinks, and all the rest it’s only your winds of winter on your mind.

RichardD

Maybe these issues are inconsequential to you, in my opinion they’re material to the issues at hand. If they weren’t, events wouldn’t be playing out as they are. If you don’t recognize them as material, you’re not alone. I’m offering my perspective from my frame of reference working and advising at the level where these types of decisions are made. Most here don’t have that frame of reference and that’s fine. You can take what I’ve written for what it’s worth, others are.

jorge

Okay Richard, we have already discuss enough. A good new year to you.

PZIVJ

RichardD: “I understand enough to have called it correctly up to what’s happening now, when no one else has” Well are we full of BS today! :)

RichardD

Life is a learning experience. For those who’ve read my work, I hope that it starts to make sense to them. My criticism of Russia has been extremely limited and I’ve countered criticism of Russia many times. I call it as I see it. even if others don’t.

Graham Alderman

It’s called EGO buddy .

RichardD

No, it’s called truth. Try disproving it if you disagree with it.

brendon sweeney

how about reading my first sentence then compare that with every media article written about the last attack. They all clearly state that Syria held off from downing the jets because of Israeli tactics by you guessed it, using civilian passenger air craft for cover. Syria will start shooting these jets down soon, preemptive, before they have a chance to put civilian lives at risk.

RichardD

You didn’t answer the question.

Brother Ma

Why didn’t Syria shoot them down on the way back then ie over Yisraeli territory? This goes against your logic of Syria shooting them down if it wasn’t for the passenger planes.

Carne João Pasta

That is the reason I had blocked him some time ago. I don’t associate with that nonsense.

Harvey Swinestein

You seem to be ‘at war’ with almost everyone on this feed pal. Perhaps your pride needs a little check ‘n’ balance. . .?

RichardD

Feel free to disprove what I’ve written. I’d rather post truth than lies to please truth haters.

Graham Alderman

Complete nonsensical garbage. Watch your head size buddy, you’re going to have trouble fitting through doorways. Suggestion: Try a little humility!

RichardD

If that was the case you could easily disprove what I’ve written. You don’t even try because your a disinfo peddler that can’t.

You can call me Al

Excellent comment Chris.

RichardD

Right now the withdrawal is being put on hold, so who understands what’s happening and who doesn’t?

brendon sweeney

you don’t, the US will go and France will soon follow, Syria will be united regardless of what propaganda unfolds from the west

RichardD

My feed is open, you can review events up to now and my take on them. You won’t even answer a simple question because you know I’ll make a fool of you if you push the issue.

“Shooting down Israeli jets would bring the US back in full force into the Levant”

Really?

They’ve already been shot down and the IDF has been struck 10 times in Israeli controlled territory and the US did nothing. Just like they would do nothing if the Syrians dropped a few more F-16s.

RichardD

The US withdrawal is currently on hold according to a first hand report from someone who has recently met with the president on this matter:

– Graham: ‘We’re in a pause situation’ on Syria after meeting with Trump –

PZIVJ

Why do you misquote news ? Graham: 1. “I think we’re slowing things down” 2. ” I THINK we’re in a pause situation ” LOL

RichardD

Those are direct quotes from published reports that you can follow the links for and read for yourself.

well it is breaking news …….

BEIRUT, LEBANON (9:10 P.M.) – U.S. President Donald Trump is allegedly re-evaluating the rapid pullout of his nation’s troops from Syria, Senator Linsdey Graham claimed on CNN.

The Senator warned Trump that removing the U.S. troops from Syria would allow for the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) to rebuild in Syria, while adding that this pull-out would be betraying their Kurdish allies on the ground.

The South Carolina Republican said he would ask Trump “to sit down with his generals and reconsider how to do this. Slow this down. Make sure we get it right. Make sure ISIS never comes back. Don’t turn Syria over to the Iranians.”

“I want to fight the war in the enemy’s backyard, not ours,” Graham said in an interview on CNN’s State of the Union show.

Graham praised Trump, who visited U.S. troops in Iraq last week, for announcing that a U.S. force would remain there.

But he said ISIS, while holding only slivers of territory, remained a potent threat in northeastern Syria.

“That’s why we need to keep some of our troops there,” he said.

Carne João Pasta

The enemy is in our backyard (here in the States aka the Fed Gov and its auxillary orgs) already since a long, long time. It’s just madness already.

BZ

It was interesting that Trump threatened to fire Fed chairman Powell just before saying he would pull out of Syria..the president doesn’t really make any military decisions. Trump knows he will not have a chance of winning the next elections if he cannot turn the economy around and he needs the FED to slow down on rate increases.

Sinbad2

To be expected really, when a looney is in charge anything can happen.

If Trump had been elected in another country(unlikely) the deep state would have preened his ego, flattered the fool until he did what they wanted.

But not in America, Americans would rather fight and destroy their country, rather than sucking up to the fool on the hill to save their country.

The war against Trump says a lot about America, and is another reason why I believe that the total destruction of the USA is the only way to save the world.

RichardD

A dejudified US would ne a much different and better place.

badgery

You may be disappointed to learn that the WASPs of Langley run the show in the US. Sorry to be the one to break it to you, Dick.

RichardD

Been to any Jew baby raping rituals recently?

badgery

That’s a pretty personal question there, Dick. I feel like we don’t even know each other well enough for dirty talk like that.

RichardD

You’re a head case.

badgery

How do you figure, Dick?

RichardD

Because you write depraved and twisted comments that illustrate a sick mind.

badgery

You’re funny, Dick. Goodnight, pal.

RichardD

You’re not, good riddance moron.

PZIVJ

Ever feel like you have been badgered? :)

RichardD

You’re the one making a fool of yourself.

RichardD

What’s it like to hate truth? It must suck to be like that.

PZIVJ

Ouch and ouch ! You’re funny, Dick. Goodnight, pal.

RichardD

If you think that’s funny, that’s part of your problem.

PZIVJ

You frickin Zionist pig in hiding. Now we know who you truly are by your words ! Is that funny ? Did you say these words a while back ?

RichardD

Your comment doesn’t make sense. But it does illustrate that you’re irrational and have trouble thinking straight.

Sinbad2

All white Americans are Jews.

This looks to me like the withdrawal is being stopped in the face of Russian S-300s being proven to have no deterrent effect against NATO fighter jets by the IAF:

““We had a great lunch. We talked about Syria. He told me some things I didn’t know that made me feel a lot better about where we’re headed in Syria,” Graham said.

He described Trump’s decision as “a pause situation” rather than a withdrawal, telling reporters, “I think the president’s taking this really seriously.””

DAM , you have replied 3 times now ! Do you need attention Richard. :D Perhaps Trump is offering an olive branch to those he pissed off ? Probably not like Erdogan’s olive branch.

RichardD

You’ve posted insults based on disinfo, I’ve posted evidence that refutes it. If that bothers you maybe you’l refrain from further insults, disinfo and stupidity.

Erdogan trash backing off in Manbij. SAA will paint it red. :) https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/13a2a669997878cbca9df9d1508baafc9382cc62c7bba04c23ef7f1984183643.png

Zionism = EVIL

Turkish army was never in a position to take on Russia, Iran, Hezbollah and SAA and now even Iraq. Erdogan is an ignorant opportunist bastard who overplayed his hand and now has to grovel to Russia. There is a lot of resentment in poor Anatolian peasant villages that supply the cannon fodder for Turkeys military and have suffered very high casualties in Syria and Iraq against the Kurds. Imagine if these Turkish untrained conscripts had to take on a battle hardened SAA, not to mention the king of the battlefield Hezbollah armed with thousands of Kornets and SAMS. Turkey now has to eat mega crow for a long time.

RichardD

You’re underestimating the Turkish military. They’re unlikely to get in a border war with the SAA. But with the US withdrawl looking sketchy. They’re not leaving Syria until that gets sorted out. And that’s unlikely to resolve itself until the IAF problem gets corrected. A few on target S-300s would go a long way towards doing that. At this stage it’s an open question if they can.

Zionism = EVIL

The idiot Trump met with Lindsay Graham, the Zionist sock puppet in Senate and confirmed that Americunts are not really moving from Syria. I have always stated that unless the cost to the Americunts gets too high they won’t move from the region. Turkey is the second largest NATO puppet and will do US bidding at the expense of Russia or anyone. People forget that the Americunt occupation forces in Syria along with the French, Brits and other assorted NATO poodles operate from Turkey and are supplied from there too. Turkey has dozens of NATO logistics bases, not to mention Incirlik airbase. The war in Syria is now in a crucial stage and long way to go. Eventually, the Americunts would prefer the Turkeys to attack SAA so save their casualties. Erdogan is absolutely untrustworthy arsehole and Putin is naive to trust the Turkeys.

RichardD

The Turks will go with the winner of the Syrian war. They recognise that the US Israelistan Kurd project is directed at them and is part of the Yinon plan. And that getting the US out of Syria is their best option. But only the Russians can do that and S-300s will do that if they can. Untill that happens, we’re probably in a stalemate situation.

Zionism = EVIL

Correct, the terror war in Syria did not come out of the blue, it is part of the Zionist plan for regional Balkanization and eradication of any hope for Palestinians, the Turks are totally in league with Zionists and are fooling no one. However, Erdogan being an illiterate Wahhabist street vendor thug has forgotten Turkish history and the Ottoman destruction at Arab hands. Getting involved with Arabs is suicidal and they can turn on anyone. Erdogan supported the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and the other puppet Sisi is hardly enamored with Turkeys either. I believe we are on the cusp of a major regional conflict as part of the Zionist plan. Russia needs to act or many Russians will die. The S-300 and 400 can not remain decoration pieces for ever.

RichardD

Turkey’s relationship with Israel turned sour after the failed coup. They recognize as well as the Arabs that Israel is problem number one.

Russia will act before many Russians die. At this time the efficacy of the S-300s against NATO aircraft is an open question. Russia has a robust air force, Syria does not. If the S-300s don’t work. That’s an issue that will need to be addressed.

RichardD

Sisi is doing a lot of good. I hope the upgrade that he’s running is successful.

donthomson1

At last there’s somebody who realizes that Turkish infantry have always been tough and well trained. I don’t know why that could ever be in doubt. Turkey was the sick man of Europe up to WW1 because it was poor and had no industrial capacity worth mentioning, not because its infantry couldn’t fight. The Australian troops at Gallipoli in WW1 learnt that and the Turks did well in the US Korean War too. donthomson1@hotmail.com

RichardD

You might want to recheck AMN on that, it’s being cancelled.

Zionism = EVIL

Putin pledges all forms of support to Syria in cable to Assad “President Putin sent a congratulatory cable to Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad in which he stressed that Russia intends to continue to provide all forms of support to the Syrian government and people in the face of the forces of terrorism and to protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the nation,” the Kremlin pres office said on Sunday.

RichardD

Did you read the one that he srnt nuttyyahoo?

RichardD

That’s great, unfortunately the Jews have got Trump backing out of the withdrawal that so many worked so hard to get in place. This can be corrected by stopping the IAF attacks. But until that happens. The withdrawal isn’t looking good.

Zionism = EVIL

I agree and always believed that Trump is just barking nonsense, the Jews want endless wars in the region so that the Arabs remain divided and sectarian wars keep feeding.

Willing Conscience (The Truths

No oil in Manbij, there is to the east though, and lot’s of Turkish movement near the northern border of Turkey/Al Hasakah. Keep any open on the north eastern border too, just in case.

Willing Conscience (The Truths

I’m dumbstruck, this is totally unexpected, the madman who can’t control himself is suddenly controlling his usually uncontrollable troops, just like he did in Idlib? Lets see how much control he has, the FSA couldn’t stop killing HTS fighters even when they were allied to them, hows Erdogan going to stop them sporadically attacking the Kurds just a few KM away, when they’re actually sworn enemies, should be interesting.

Scaathor

Just look at those terrorist maggots in the picture. How I’d love to see a Smerch MLRS round to land right on top of them and blast them to the lowest level of Hell…

Fucking Wahabbi maggot scum…

Brother Ma

Especially the olive green beanie -wearing bearded short guy doing the four fingered TurkGrey Wolves sign. The guy to the left of the flag. I would love him to take a Kornet to the face!

Johan

FSA is a bunch of criminals, looters and rapers, everywhere they came they brought chaos. Maybe it is a demand from,Russia that regular troupes must be ussed to be able to make Erdogan at least in some way responsible for the beastialities he is going to commit destroying the only seculare, civilzed and consequent fightingforce, beside Russia, that Syria ever had.
