The Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) announced on November 10 that it had resumed its operations in northeast Syria, accusing Kurdish forces of violating recent agreements.
In a short press release, the SNA claimed that the Kurdish People Protection Units (YPG) and the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) do not respect the recent Russian-Turkish agreement. The group accused Kurdish forces of attacking “its positions and civilians” in Turkish-occupied areas.
The SNA also released a video showing its fighters clashing with the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) around Tell Tamr, where a Turkish-led attack was launched earlier.
Over the last week, Turkish-backed militants attempted to block the strategic M4 highway in northern Raqqa at least twice and launched a large-scale attack on SAA positions in northern al-Hasakah.
On top of these violations, Turkish strikes claimed the lives of many civilians, including at least two in northern Raqqa on November 9.
The NSA announcement indicates that the group is not willing to respect the Russian-Turkish agreement. Ankara also appears to be unsatisfied with the agreement, that was reached last month.

SDFs are not children of Turks and russiansand and treated like that, they show, they are not. Here its very visible that if they pray, they have their behinds towards Ankara and Moscow.

They’ve officially been helping the Kurds since long before the Syrian war even started, and they’ve never made a secret of it. What is new is their calls for Erdogan to get out of Syria and leave the Kurds and Assad alone. Before the recent Turkish invasion the Israelis were only telling Assad to leave the Kurds alone, now they instead tell Erdogan to leave both Assad and the Kurds alone.
At the least they are consistent then. In fact there are over a 100k israelis who are of kurdish origin.
But have they broke the agreement they made with the Syrian government, that’s the only agreement they shouldn’t break, and if they haven’t broken that agreement, who cares if they did indeed break the Russian Turkish agreement, boo hoo. People are still WRONGLY believing there’s some sort of agreement between Russia/Turkey and the SAA/Kurdish SDF, but there is none, only actions and statements designed to appease a rampaging madman.
