On February 2, the Turkish-backed National Front for Liberation (NFL) attacked Syrian Arab Army (SAA) forces in Aleppo and Idlib with several anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs).
In the southwestern Aleppo countryside, the group’s militants destroyed two trucks in the town of Khan Tuman and an ATGM launcher in the town Qal’ajiyah. A second position in the district of al-Rashidin 5 in western Aleppo was also targeted.
Meanwhile, in the southeastern Idlib countryside the NFL destroyed what appears to be T-72 battle tank of the army near the town of Dadikh. The army captured the town in the early morning.
The NFL intensified its ATGM strikes in the last few days to support al-Qaeda-affiliated Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and slow down the SAA’s advance in southwest Aleppo and southeast Idlib.
According to reports, the group is receiving fresh shipments of ATGMs, including U.S.-made TOWs, from Turkey. These claims remain unverified.

The northern part of Idlib is hilly terrain with good foliage and cover and ideal asymmetrical warfare territory, it is time to unleash Hezbollah on the Turkeys or bring in some Yemenis.

SAA and allies launch massive artillery attack on Turkeys killing 4 and wounding 9 and the barrage is continuing. Syrian government shelling kills four Turkish soldiers in Idlib
Turkish defence ministry says the attack also wounded nine soldiers, one of them critically.
It added that the Syrian forces carried out the shelling despite being previously notified of the positions of the Turkish forces and the barrage grew in ferocity with Russian airforce flying over the area providing targeting coordinates.
The development came a day after a large Turkish military convoy moved into the area on Sunday amid a new Syrian government offensive aimed at dislodging the Turkish supported terrorists from their last remaining enclave in northern Syria..
The Turkish military convoy consisted of dozens of armoured vehicles, fuel tanker trucks and flatbed trucks carrying tanks and armoured personnel carriers.
Turkey has troops stationed at 12 observation posts in Idlib to supposed monitor the earlier ceasefire, but in reality they serve as support bases for the terrorists.
How many times do I have to repeat that it is the Turkey fucks that are now directly fighting in Syria and killing Russians, Syrians and Iranians. Don’t worry about the rebels worry about the Turks, they’re now bombing the hell out of SAA positions all over Idlib and Aleppo, missiles rockets and artillery strikes everywhere, this is the one thing we didn’t want to happen, God almighty what a catastrophe. On top of that the rebels have launched a ground assault against SAA held territory in northern Aleppo capturing 2 towns very quickly, and not only that they’re also besieging a town in Russian controlled territory nearby, Russians could be harmed here very easily. And the SAAF is being jammed by Turkish EW equipment forcing them to abandon bombing runs, that’s going to make it very hard to support ground troops and will tip the balance in the rebels favour. The only good news is the 4th division has managed to capture some more ground and consolidate their positions getting them closer to the highway, and the 25th division are also going around one of the Turkish OB posts and making their way north despite the Turkish intervention, that’s still a positive sign. And the US are believe it or not actually helping out too, they have a drone in the skies above Idlib looking for viable targets, and since there are no SAA or Russian forces anywhere near where the US are operating, it’s a good bet they’re hunting terrorists too. The place is going to hell very quickly now, this is just about the worst outcome we could possibly get and God only knows what will happen next, someone’s stuffed up really bad, really really really bad, it was just way too much and way too quickly. Maybe we should’ve listened to Erdogan’s warning yesterday instead of falsely thinking he was bluffing, he’s only bluffed once in the last 2 years, so it was taking quite a gamble believing he was bluffing again for the second time, and just a few months after his last bluff failed, mmmm, someone’s stuffed up real bad. It was a good painting but it’s not anymore, what was starting to look like a masterpiece is now looking more like a child’s scribble. Not to worry Jens, if they replace the artist with someone with some real artistic talent they might even be able to patch it up, maybe not make it quite as pretty as it was before, but at least better than it is now.

Lots of people are going to die now, the innocent, the guilty, and everyone in between, which is a pity, a tragedy, and an outrage all in one, this shouldn’t have happened at all, there was a much easier and QUICKER path to victory if we wanted it, but there isn’t anymore it’s just so sad. They have to have an inquiry into this, the Russians and Syrians have to punish the people responsible for this ridiculously stupid decision to attack Aleppo, and also promote some people with a lot more sense to take their positions.
