Turkish-Backed Militants Uncover SDF Surveillance Center Near Ras Al-Ayn (Video)

The National Syrian Army (NSA) uncovered on October 17 a surveillance center of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) near the border town of Ras al-Ayn in northern al-Hasakah.

A video released by the Turkish-Backed group shows that the center was equipped with several monitors linked to day and night cameras installed in different parts of Ras al-Ayn and along the border with Turkey.

The SDF likely used the center to monitor the situation inside the town and along Turkey’s border before and during the ongoing the Turkish-led offensive on the region.

NSA militants began their attack on Ras al-Ayn last week in the framework of the Turkish-led Operation Peace Spring. On October 17, the militants managed to capture a large part of the town and cut its main supply route.

The Turkish-backed attack on Ras al-Ayn is still ongoing despite the ceasefire in northeast Syria, which was announced by U.S. Vice President Mike Pence a day earlier. A few hours ago, 28 civilians were killed or injured in Turkish airstrikes on the town’s vicinity.

The Kurds are closet communists. All communists love to spy on the people they rule over. Because they know that their people don’t love them in return.
