This afternoon, Turkish drones targeted Ayn al-Arab and its countryside in the northeast of Aleppo resulting in wounding many civilians.
A local source reported that 11 civilians, among them women and children, were wounded differently and hospitalized as an initial report about the bombings revealed. The raids also caused material damages in civilians’ properties.
The source added that the targeted areas were in the vicinity of the industrial area in Ayn al-Arab, in addition to targeting the villages of Qarmough, Khana, Tel Hajeb and Ali Shar in the east of the city, denoting that the attack was carried out in three consecutive raids inside the city, which hit a sugar distribution center, a cement establishment, and a gas station in eastern Ayn al-Arab, which is under the control of the SDF.
In parallel to that, the Turkish artillery bombed the villages of Qarat al-Jarn, Khanat Zarzouri, Sawan, Salibi, Arab Khan and Bir Arab in the countryside of Tell Abyad in Raqqa’s countryside, as the sources reported that a citizen was killed and 4 more others were wounded as a result of the Turkish bombings on the village of Arab Khan in the northwest of Raqqa.
It was previously reported that a Turkish drone raided Ayn al-Arab two weeks ago resulting in 6 civilian casualties and 7 others injured in the light of the Turkish escalation in Syria’s north.
