Two Syrian civilians were killed and five others were injured on November 9 in an airstrike on northern Raqqa carried out by a Turkish unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV), according to the Hawar News Agency (ANHA).
The Kurdish Syrian agency said that the airstrike targeted the village of al-Hishah, southeast of the key town of Ain Issa.
“A drone of the Turkish aggressor targeted a gathering of al-Hishah locals while they were harvesting cotton, adding new crime to the crimes of the Turkish occupation,” a relative of one of the wounded civilians told ANHA.
Turkish UCAVs are highly active over northeast Syria, targeting Kurdish forces, Syrian Arab Army (SAA) troops and even first responders.
Earlier, Kurdish sources reported that a Turkish UCAV targeted an ambulance near the town of Tell Tamr in northern al-Hasakah with what is believed to be a precision-guided munition.
Turkish drone strikes on targets in northeastern Syria are a violation of Ankara’s ceasefire agreement with Moscow and Washington.

I mean no offense here, but to me it looked at worse, a hand held grenade….. it looks a little staged to me.
