On September 17 afternoon, Turkish forces killed an armed woman that approached one of their main posts in the northwestern Syrian region of Greater Idlib.
The woman attempted to enter a large Turkish military camp in the vicinity of the town of Almastumah in the southern Idlib countryside. The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the woman was armed with a “Kalashnikov” rifle. Other sources claimed that she was also wearing a suicide vest.
Turkish forces shot and killed the armed woman near the main gate of Almastumah Camp. Her body was retrieved by militants of the Turkish-backed Sham Legion.
The identity of the woman was not revealed. However, it is likely that she was a member of one of Greater Idlib’s numerous jihadi groups.
Several attacks have targeted Turkish troops in Greater Idlib over the past few weeks. On August 28, a suicide vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (SVBIED) hit a Turkish post in southwestern Idlib. A jihadi group called “Saryat Ansar Abu Bakr al-Siddiq” claimed responsibility for the attack.
After the recent attacks, Turkish forces in the region were placed on high-alert. Two days ago, they injured a man after mistakenly identifying him as a militant.
The repeated attacks on Turkish forces in Greater Idlib is a sign of the jihadists’ growing resentment towards Ankara’s role in the region.

In the fear the imagination is very big of those who are scared. I doubt that she had any suicide west (what for would she have AK-47 than).
every soldier and your soldiers acted the same way…first warning,second warning and clean shot..she could use ak-47 to infiltrate into base by killing guards and detonate herself with vest in the middle of base,ammo-depot etc..

She had much bigger chance to get close unarmed with dissimulated west if the suicide west attack was planed. She could be a mentally handicapped person with neither suicide west nor AK, not realizing a danger.
