Turkish Presidential Spokesman Says Any Forces Assiting YPG Are ‘Legitimate Targets’

Support SouthFront

Following reports about the deployment of Syrian National Defense Forces troops in the YPG-held area of Afrin, Turkish Presidential spokesman Ibrahim Kalin has claimed that any forces assisting the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) become “legitimate targets” for the Turkish military.

“Every step taken in support for the YPG terror organization would mean [any forces intervening on the Kurdish militants’ side] are on the same level as terror organizations. And for us, that would make them legitimate targets,” the official said. “It doesn’t matter who makes such an attempt, there will be serious consequences.”

Kalin also dismissed any criticism to Ankara’s Operation Olive Branch in Afrin. He  said that Turkey acts in its national interests and owes “no explanation.”

In the recent days, at least 2 military convoys consisting of about 400 government troops have entered into the Afrin area. So, Kalin’s statement can be described as a clear threat to Damascus.

WELL…………………. let the games begin. It is about time to see if russians actually have the balls and what they claim is not just a strategy, how to get what they want from middle east, not unlike the western policies, called with a different name.

as

Well the game is on the hard part. Whether the Russia and to certain extend China are willing to get rough with USA/Global Zionist. None want to be targeted by it’s ill intention unless someone is to back them up to provide chances to come on top. I believe the Russian efforts of trying to win over the world audiences through rational dialogues have exhausted it’s effects. Now its all brute force remains as their MSM continue to lie and still very few world leaders willing to challenge the Zionists oligarchs. Add to the wholesale abuses of UN bodies as well global financial system.

agree.

Brinkmanship a-go-go.

But i should ask what about U.S.A ? Oops forget i said anything. I’ll get out of here…

Syria should exploit the momentum to deploy much more units in Afrin (own and of the kurds of Mandschbi. The fucken “jewish” western MSM is critsizing the bombardment of East Ghouta forgetting how the US and allies destroyed Raqqa completely and how many civilians died there.

The foreign armed Syrian Kurds are a threat to Turkey. The YPG/SDF/PKK nexus is well established. The Turks shouldn’t be supporting terrorists in Syria, and Syria shouldn’t be supporting terrorists in Turkey. Or allowing their Kurdish population to support terrorism in Turkey.

It’s a good thing that Syrian government coalition forces are returning to SDF held areas. And this needs to be followed up with the restoration of Syrian government administration in these areas. Until that happens and the Syrian government is in a position to negate a Kurdish threat to Turkey. It’s understandable that the Turks are negating the threat themselves until the Syrian government is able to do it themselves.

The Turks also have a responsibility to stop supporting terrorists being used against the Syrian government. And doing that will put the Syrian government in a stronger position to resolve the Kurdish problem that the Turks are rightly concerned about.

“An official report prepared by U.S. National Security Director Daniel Coats and presented to the U.S. Congress on Feb. 13 defined the People’s Protection Units (YPG) as the Syrian wing of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK),”

They’ve made a lot of progress in dejudification. They should continue with it. Dejudification in Europe, the near east and North Africa 1945 t 2010: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8f/Europe_Jewish_%25_change_1945_2010.png

We need a worldwide quote of 100%. Poor France and Spain. But its in their own hand to purge out the scum.

The laws are on the books for outlawing this evil cult, Jew corruption is preventing them from being enforced. This needs to be corrected.

Shut up stinking Ottoman. Who are you to tell the owner of the syrian soil to be targeted when using its own remote control in his own living room. Take the Turks out and send them to Mongolia.

We know what Turkey mean. Russia, Syria, Iran and China supports YPG, not USA and Israel. US and Israel have not done anything bad, they came with a suitcase to Erdogan.
