Two militants of the Ahrar al-Sham Movement were assassinated on September 28 in the Turkish-occupied part of the northern Aleppo countryside.
Syria TV, a Turkey-based pro-opposition channel, reported that the incident took place near the city of al-Bab, a part of the so-called Euphrates Shield (ES) region.
“Unknown men on a motorcycle opened fire directly at two members of Ahrar al-Sham in the area of Trahin, north of al-Bad,” Syria TV reporter said.
Local sources identified the slain militants as “Abd al-Razaq Jumah” and “Hussam Najarin.” Both of them are originally from the central governorate of Homs.

The Ahrar al-Sham Movement maintains a presence in the Turkish-occupied ES region and in the area of Afrin, despite not being a part of the so-called National Syrian Army (NSA).
Security conditions are deteriorating within Turkish-occupied areas in northern Aleppo. In the last 24 hours, heavy clashes erupted in Afrin between Turkey’s proxies over looted properties.
