The jet, which was assigned to the 20th Fighter Wing and had only the pilot on board, crashed at approximately 11:30 p.m., according to a statement posted after midnight on June 30th on the base’s official Facebook page.
Update: Pilot confirmed deceased
The pilot of the F-16CM that crashed at approximately 2330 on June 30, 2020, during a routine training mission here at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., was pronounced dead. The cause of the crash remains unknown, even after the pilot was pronounced dead.
The initial statement by Shaw Air Force Base was the following:
“A U.S. Air Force F-16CM Fighting Falcon assigned to the 20th Fighter Wing, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. crashed at approximately 2330 yesterday, June 30, 2020, here on base. At the time of the accident, the aircraft was on a routine training mission with one pilot on board.
Shaw Air Force Base emergency responders are on scene. The cause of the crash, as well as the status of the pilot, are unknown at this time.
As soon as additional details become available, information will be provided.”
On June 15th, a F-15C fighter jet crashed off the coast of England while on a routine training mission and the pilot’s body was later recovered.
This most recent incident and the June 15th one were both fatal for the pilots, while several incidents earlier in 2020 took place, but the pilots survived. Throughout 2020 several F-35A fighter jets have crashed, as well as a F-22 fighter jet crash in May 2020.
In all of the previous incidents in the year the crew on board survived.
MORE ON THE TOPIC:
It is funny that I wrote about these ancient junk F-16 and F-15 just last week when another stupid Americunt warmonger cunt crashed in the limey colony. Americunts are up shit creek as the dumbass fuckers are dead broke and their equipment is now proven crap.
Real unemployment rate is between 30-40%.
The unemployment rate announced each month is always a crock of horse dung and needs to always be “revised” later on. A more accurate rate is the “labor participation rate” which counts the number of working age people (aged 18 to 64) as a percentage of the entire population – about 330 million. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 52.8 % of working age people had a job in May, 2020. So the real unemployment rate must be closer to 40 %.
Lone ranger is right it’s around 40% ,also I love the language you’re using
These are cunts “official figures”, but Lone Ranger is closer to the real figures which may be as high as 50%, not wonder the shitheads spend day and night in the streets.

Many fools still think that they have the invincible military along with isreal who can defeat China Russia and Iran along with their allies and anyone who opposes them very easily believing in the zio msm and hollywood myth
Real arrogance rate of the Yankees is plus 85%
This isn’t even a joke now, what is going on… F-22 another two F-35, two MH60, a F-15, an FA/18, also 3 MQ drones, E-11 communication plane, and a C-130 Cargo plane, i’d joke about it but we’ve been seeing this happen every a week or so, maybe the US can’t make them like they used to
Edit: last night a Predator drone crashed too lmao
They covered a B-52 junk in Guam that overshot the runway and fell into the Pacific. The real losses are far worse, a C-130 was hit by an RPG at Baghdad airport too.
The aircrafts you listed have been in service for some time. All the knowledgeable soldiers have either been let go or walked away, and parts are in short supply due to lack of funds. What’s really going on is that the US has hit that economic wall.
The US moved into full global military Empire mode in 2000’s – their aggressive war of conquest against Iraq was effectively the official, international, announcement of this policy. However, all expanding military Empires face an eventual crunch point in economic terms – ie, the ongoing investment into the man-power and hardware required to maintain and expand the Empire. The US has been flogging its existing, work-horse, military aviation inventory very hard for last two decades – warplanes are expensive, need a lot of maintenance per flight hours, and parts degrade all the faster the harder they are used, particularly in more extreme environments like middle eastern deserts.
Shit happens… But at least the pilot survived.
No the cunt died as the ejection seat failed too. The whole system is fucked.
Really? RIP.
Yes, pilot pronounced dead.
Poor chap. They should buy ejection seats from Russia. Their zero zero system is the best. Works at all speeds, altitudes, directions.
Russian Zvesda K-36D-3.5E zero-zero ejection seat is the best in the world and allows the pilot to eject at zero speed and at zero altitude. Iran has installed them on most of its fighters and the ejection safety rate is 100% and hardly any crashes and majority of the IRIAF planes are over 30 years old.
F35 ALSO has ejector Problems…total shocker.
Yep, should have fitted Takata airbags instead ;)
Anybody have some facts about what happend and not just speculation and deathwishes?
The old crappy plane crashed as flown by a shithead with faulty ejection system. Do try reading the whole article and google the Americunt airforce website.
GAS THE KIKES & FLY KITES!
This is real life not reel life of Hollywood
Another pile of millions of dollars up in smoke and flames along with a dead pilot . Yes, Uncle Shmuel is still #1 in the annual number of military aircraft crashes. Either perform increased maintenance, training, scrap the old airframes or pass these multi-million dollar toys to some foreign dupes and schmucks who already have them.
